    I ordered some stuff on **** and this company was the company to deliver my packages. It shows the made an attempt to deliver but no actual attempt was made. My wife was home both those days. No signature is required for the package, and its been stuck in this transit mode for days. Ive sent email after email to the company, and they said they would reach out within 48 hours, and its been days. It was supposed to be shipped to ******************************************* Euclid **** *****.

    My package says that they had the incorrect address when I clearly used my home address on ***** and right now the package has not moved I have even requested a ticket for delivery instructions and nothing

    Hello. I placed an order through *****, and they used a company name ACI Logistic for delivery. I have not received any of the items in this order upon checking tracking says delivery attempt was made and it was not. I checked with my neighbors, and I have Ring. I also have sent several emails to no avail. Please assist me with this issue as well as file a complaint. Thank you.

    I ordered an item from ****; it shipped internationally, and on the 11th of June, it said it went out for delivery. There was no update until the 16th, and that update said transit exception. *** filed a complaint multiple times and keep getting the same email over and over.

    Dear ACI Logistics Customer Service,I am writing to formally file a complaint regarding a serious issue with a recent delivery conducted by your company. My package was scheduled for delivery to the correct address: ******************************************. However, it was instead delivered to the wrong location.Not only was this a clear failure in fulfilling a basic obligation, but the driver also failed to notify me of the delivery or the error. I received no call, message, or any form of communication. This lack of accountability and transparency is unacceptable and has caused me significant **************** a paying customer, I expected a standard level of professionalism and accuracy in handling my delivery. This careless mistake reflects poorly on your company's reliability and raises concerns about your delivery protocols and driver training.I am requesting a thorough investigation into this matter and immediate action to resolve this issue, including locating or replacing the package and ensuring corrective measures are taken to prevent this from happening again.Please respond promptly with an update on this case. I expect accountability and resolution without delay. I provided evidence and attachments below to this complaint as well that this delivery company delivered to the wrong address instead of the correct address.

    I placed an order in May. The attempted delivery was May 26 which was a holiday and the address (to my office) was closed the next attempted they delivered when the business was closed after hours. (After contioulsly telling them the business hours). I reach out to them and yet they don't respond. I have asked them to hand off to the **** and they haven't done so which i believe they lost my package. I have emailed them several times to get resolved (This has been muliple issues this year alone) and they dont respond to me any more.

    I order from **** regularly and was really looking forward to my May Icon Box. I had no idea things would go this badly. These boxes include premium, high-end beauty products that are worth way more than what we pay thats the whole point. The retail value of the products in my box is over $700. Yes, I only paid around $100 because of my IPSY subscription thats exactly why this matters.IPSY shipped the box quickly, but they used the absolutely terrible delivery service ACI Logistics. My package has been stuck there since May 8th. Ive emailed, *** called nothing. No updates, no resolution, just silence.This is unacceptable. Someone needs to step in, track down my package, and get it moving. I paid for this, I expect to receive it, and Im done waiting. Fix this.
