This company cleans and seals wooden decks, patios, and fences in order to improve their appearance and functionality. When cleaning, a wood specialist will first profile the wood to determine the appropriate pressure and cleaning materials to use. Nu-Again uses more than just high-pressure water treatments to clean decks, as this does not remove mold, algae, or bacteria from the surface. High-pressure treatment is combined with safe chemical treatments to destroy bacteria species and remove dirt and stains. After cleaning, the wood surface is sealed, the nails reset, and the deck is lightly sanded to ensure safe walking and sitting. A three-coat sealing process with an oil finish is also available.
Nu-Again also cleans and seals brick pavers to restore them to their original condition, as weather conditions can fade the color and texture of brick pavers. In addition to sealing the pavers, the company uses polymeric sand in the joints between pavers; this substance is a strong adhesive and prevents erosion, insect activity, and weed sprouting in between pavers.
