    I have spent over 2 hours on the phone trying to reach the Mercy Health ************* at **************************************. They REFUSE to answer any calls. I had an appointment and needed to reschedule and NO one would assist. I reached a person and they transferred me to another incorrect location. I had to recall and sit on hold again. I finally got through and the person literally hung up the phone after I said 2 sentences. Then I called the switchboard back and explained what was going on and another rude *** just hung up on me again. After 2 hours of incorrect transfers and hold times I was never able to reach anyone. And my appointment time came and went without me being able to reschedule due to their incompetence of hanging up on customers and transferring customers to incorrect locations. I requested a supervisor to help and cancel appointment. The message system *** said they took the message and would forward to a supervisor. I never heard back from anyone once again. Now they want to try and charge a no call no show fee, when I tried to reach them for HOURS and no one would answer the phone lines. This is very unprofessional and shows the level of their incompetence. I am over 80 years old and should not have to gain high blood pressure worrying trying desperately to reach some one regarding a reschedule and/or cancellation of an appointment. Their conduct is gross and they need to fire the ***s whom keep hanging up on customers. How rude can a company be? I am very disgusted at their behavior and will try to find another company to do business with medically, going forward.
