    stay away from this guy. he was supposed to put a new roof on my whole house . i have a corigated metal roof on my sun room. it didnt leak before his guys walked all over it. now with a bit of rain its like a shower coming through the roof. claimed he never walked on it, but his people had to to move all the old roofing off it. so he put new screws in. which made it leak really bad. its like a shower now when it rains. hes been out to fix the leaking 3 times but it just keeps getting worse with him and his nephew walking all over it. all i can see hes done in set up the ceiling and wall for mold. to make things worse, the water is running right next to a 120 volt wall plug. they were supposed to replace 4 exterior doors with insulated metal doors. one door they put trim screws through the dead bolt cut out in the jamb so it cant latch my living room door shows daylight coming through across the top, and more coming in *************. the garage door and back door the hole for the dead bolt isnt near deep enough for the dead bolts to latch . i have sent him pictures numerous times. he tried telling me the attic fan wasnt made any more. i called an electrical contractor who had a new fan installed in an hour and a half. stay away from this guy. his work is really bad, and being caught lying about the attic fan . i have contacted him numerous times about the problems. his reply is quit bothering him or be sued. which might not be a bad idea. getting him in front of a judge. hes not bonded i found out, and his license expired before he screwed my house up. being 73 and retired. money to fix the disaster ****** r ********** created isnt going to be easy to come by. i recommend everybody stay away from him . hes really bad news.
