I’m honest shocked at the lack of professionalism by this company. I had placed an order on November 18. I realized I hadn’t gotten shipping information and was wondering where my package was on December 2 so decided to call to speak with somebody. Jenn, the girl who originally took my order, let me know that she would send me shipping information that day. The next day I still haven’t gotten the information, so I called again and she let me know she would get back to me by the end of the day no matter what. Still no email, call or anything. The next day I sent her an email and asked her to cancel my order and refund me. Still no response from anyone until the next day when I received my shipping information, but with no message or follow up. I decided to let it be as long as I got my product but when it arrived on December 19th, I was missing half of my order. At this point I am losing business from Christmas sales. I called and spoke with the manager who said they would have the rest of the order delivered by December 23. On December 26 UPS shows up with my order and a charge for $78 which I refused. I called Tracy, the manager I have been dealing with, and she let me know she would call UPS to sort it out. It is now January 5 and I still have not received my order OR a courtesy call from the company. I strongly recommend avoiding this company whenever possible. I don’t even believe I will get the rest of my order at this point and the lack of customer service is absolutely shocking.
