  I received the initial sketch as promised, but I didn't realize that the site had automatically signed me up for the deluxe version on a monthly basis. It was only after I saw the second payment that I realized I had unknowingly signed up for a subscription experience This is not a one-time purchase

  The idea of receiving a custom sketch of my soulmate caught my attention when I visited soulgazedrawing.com. The site, run by Click Sales Inc. under the SOUL GAZE SKETCH name, promised a hand-drawn portrait accompanied by a meaningful reading. I thought it would be a fun, one-time purchase, but it turned into a nightmare.The "sketch" I received was clearly not hand-drawn. It looked digital and mass-produced, and I could tell it had nothing to do with the answers I had provided. The accompanying description was just as bad: a generic piece of text filled with clichés that could have been given to anyone. There was no personal touch, no effort, nothin that matched what was promised.
  What made matters worse was what I found on my bank statement days later. Without my permission, the company charged me again. At no point during checkout had there been a warning that I was signing up for recurring payments. Naturally, I reached out to their support. That’s when I discovered that help was essentially nonexistent. Replies were robotic, vague, and avoided addressing my actual problem.
  I spent days trying to sort it out, only to realize the only real solutiion was to cancel my card and dispute the charges with my bank. It was stressful and humiliating to admit I had fallen for such a trick. A hand-drawn sketch of my soulmate sounded unique, and the way the site described it made me believe it was going to be something special. The payment was small, and the site looked polished enough to seem trustworthy. It was only afterward that I realized the company behind it, Click Sales Inc., operating under the name SOUL GAZE SKETCH, was not offering what it advertised. The image I received was a huge disappointment. It looked digital, almost like it had been generated automatically, rather than hand-drawn by a real artist. It didn’t reflect anything personal, and the reading that came with it was just as generic. It felt mass-produced, with no connection to the answers I had given during the quiz. But the worst part was yet to come. When I checked my account later, I saw additional charges that I had not authorized. I never agreed to ongoing payments, and there was no clear notice that this would happen. Trying to resolve the issue through their support was infuriating. The responses I got were canned, robotic messages that didn’t answer my questions, and I never got any actual help. The whole process felt like a carefully planned trick. The advertising was designed to pull me in emotionally, the service delivered nothing close to what it promised, and the billing was hidden and misleading.
