      I was looking forward to having this company clean my house as there were plenty of positive reviews. I was impressed with the initial walk through where the manager talked about having a file for each client to put specific details in it (mine was if a door is closed, close it after going through it because cats are only allowed certain places.)After my first clean, I was rather disappointed as there were multiple areas with visible dirt. I took pictures and sent them via email to the company, I was fine with paying the full price, and chose not to have them come out again for that clean as they say they would to make it right. I was told they will do better next time.I just had my second clean, and it was worse than the first. The areas I had messaged about previously remained untouched still (one was the space in front of books on a book shelf not getting dusted, and still it was not dusted.) Another area was a spot on the kitchen floor that I left from first clean and again they did not clean it. In addition, there were numerous parts in my house that had visible dirt on the floor, bathroom sinks obviously not cleaned. The bed made horribly with pillows just tossed on, sheets untucked, blankets upside down. I messaged the company again with new photos and concerns. Told them at least twice in the emails (had to be more than one as there were too many photos to go in a single email) that I DID NOT want them to return to my home, even to "make it right" per their policy because I did not trust their team to do a job. I received no email response, however, the day following the clean I had another team member at my door to clean it again. Followed by an automated text from the company regarding my "appointment" for the day, which I had no idea about because they did not communicate, and also did not want them to come anyway.I would NEVER recommend this company as they do not pay attention to detail, and are poor communicators.
