    We signed a contract with Hawai'i Food Carts LLC. May 8th 2024 to purchase a 16 foot food trailer to do donuts out of and was promised it would be done in 4 months the initial deposit was $15,812.72 after doing some research on the company with an attorney I was advised of shady business practices listed on Ekokua court systems and the better business bureau website my business partner wanted to remove her name off the contract and have me be on it solely due to fraudulent business practices upon asking *********************** if I could just list my name on the contract they required us to pay another $23,000.00 which I said I would do but would like to see the progress of the cart then was informed that the cart was being built in ******** Nevada I thought that to be very strange when I initially signed the contract I was advised that the cart would be built here in ******* Maui I then was sent pictures of a cart that is being built with none of the appliances induction hood paneling outside but was told it was 90% done I'm not sure what type of operation this is but I cancelled my deposit with **************** due to trust issues please be careful when dealing with this company they tell you one thing and do something completely different
