              I had a Bankruptcy chapter 13 filed with this office and I had a couple problems along the way. First, it took over 18 months to repo the car that I forfeited, which was a **** inconvenience. I also feel I was ripped off after coming out of covid. I was forced to pay $1500 to refinance my bankruptcy. My payments were supposed to go from $800/ month to $500/ month, which never happened after complaining for several months. This went on for 18 months with no changes. Lastly, 3 months after my case was completed no one has stopped my checks from being garnished. I feel I was taken advantage of because I don't know all the laws that pertains to bankruptcy. Is this ethical? Is this legal? What was the $1500 I paid for?? I feel like I need a apology and a refund for paid work that wasn't done and completed.
