I submitted an email writing to request the cancellation of my gym membership I have not lived in ******* since 2022, and at that timein August 2022I believed I had successfully canceled my membership. This was done at the front desk at the gym which was under Golds Gym at the time. However, after recently reviewing my bank statements, I noticed that membership fees have continued to be charged. I'm unsure where the error occurred, especially because my front desk cancellation was just a confirmation because I only signed up for three months to begin with due to the fact that I would be moving. One life has since come back even after I asked for proof of what contract I signed saying that they cant find record of the contract either but will cancel my membership immediately. This is absolutely ridiculous that since they cannot find the tracking of the contract THEY have me under that I will continue to be financially penalized.

One Life fitness had charged my account several times a month for the same service. I have had December refunded through Truist. I cancelled all affiliation with them yet they are once again attempting to charge my account three times in the last hour. The employees ******** and **** are scamming people into giving a second form of payment claiming that they made a mistake. Once they got my information they have charged my account over and over, I had to block this merchant yet they are still trying to take my money. I just want to forget about this horrible place that left me without gas or food the week before Christmas and ignored all attempts to remedy this issue. Im considering calling the police.

    Hi,

******* bought personal training on October 2nd and the recurring billing was set to the 25th of every month. On November 8th she purchased personal training sessions to use before the payment on November 25th was processed.  We cancelled *******'s Membership and personal training at Onelife Fitness so she will have no issues moving forward.
