Well I was on ******** and I seen that they had a special going on get two decals from tacx pro gear for a dollar so I got two decals I put all my information in read all the stuff out of responsibilities and there was nothing in the small print saying automatic subscription of unless you cancel before renew date I never even subscribed and why would I subscribe gun owner shop called t r a x pro gear for gun owners knowing I don't even have a gun that's pretty much saying here take my money but do I send him an email I would like a refund for tacx pro gear because I didn't sign up prescription I just took up the deal on the two decals for dollar and a week later they just took when I didn't even authorize it haven't got an email back so I called him the next day I'm saying about refund and the subscription that I didn't sign up for in a 2 decals he said I sent you an email so I hung up ready to email and it didn't say anything about a refund and I sent an email back giving now email that was registered the phone number and the last four of the card used and after that didn't hear nothing back home until this day I still he sent an email calling all that and this was the only thing I can think of doing that when I got my point across to tacxBusiness Response

The Customer signed up on August 1st for our free decal offer that clearly states it comes with a membership trial. The Customer did not contact us again until October 8th by email. We responded to his email and we have yet to get a response back from him.Initial Complaint

I ordered a $5 sticker from this company. They added me to a free membership that I did not except or ask for all I wanted was the stickers I ordered. Yes I received them but in the end they charged my credit card over 300 bucks!!! Then when asked about it. They can only reimburse me one charge. This company brags on how they are *****************. The Customer placed two orders with us that included membership trials. The Customer choose not to cancel the trials and keep the memberships. After five months of having the memberships the Customer filed a dispute over the charges he agreed too. He did not contact us until after his Bank declined his disputes. I am rejecting this response because:
I placed 1 order with this company!!! No where in my records show anything about a membership for their stickers. This company is a scam. There are multiple people on ******** calling this so called company out!!! They tried scamming me for over $300!!! I will not and would not do business with this company. And further more I have told multiple people not to!!! The guy who answers the phone is a real jackleg as well.

The Customer took advantage of our free decals offer. The offer included a membership trial so that Customers can look over our website. As long as the Customer cancels within the trial period that are not billed. If a Customer chooses not to cancel we assume they want to be a member. When a Customer fills out the info for the decals it clearly states that a membership trial is included. The Customer ordered the decals in November of 2024 and is just now contacting us. His Bank declined his disputes because he is in the wrong.Customer Answer

I am rejecting this response because:
They did not have this in plain view!! Its pretty bad when a business charges you not only one fee for a subscription that was not clearly stated but then figured out how to charge you a second charge as well equally $57!! And yes it did go on for several months. Im a traveling construction worker and dont pay attention to my credit card bills which is my fault!! But its the point that this company is only out to scam people!! My credit card bills which company did pay me back all but a little over $100 bucks! So again they are trying to lie that they denied my dispute!!! I asked for my $100 bucks in product that they scammed me out of and the guy refused and hung up the phone on me!! I tried calling back and once I stated my name he hung up on me as well! One other time I got ahold of them. I asked to speak to the manager or the person in charge. They refused to direct my call. There are multiple other people on the Internet bad mouthing tacx. So they started another company *****. Which is another company that scams people!! All in all this is a fraudulent company that needs to be shut down and they need to go to prison for scamming people!!! But Im done with these idiots. I will tell as many people as I can and post things to let people know they are a scam!!! Thank you BBB for being here for the consumers!!! Have a great day!!

Initially ordered a pack of targets from this company and joined the subscription trial based on their promise to send gear for testing. Only received the one packaged I paid for and then nothing else.The following two months I was charged the subscription fee, called the company to find out if they are going to send the promised gear for testing. Was unable to reach them via phone. Emailed customer service March 14th asking why I have been charged twice without receiving anything and to cancel the subscription. In response they said to call to straighten things out. I called again and no one answered. Left another voicemail. There is nowhere to cancel the subscription online, and they do not answer their phones. I emailed again May 5th asking why it hasnt been canceled and why am I continually being charged. They replied that it was already canceled.I am still getting monthly charges from them and they are still not answering their phones.Initial Complaint

I purchased some targets in October 2023 and was told on the advertisement that I would only be responsible for shipping and handling. I got the targets then a few days later I noticed a a charge for $19.95 on my credit card. I wasn't sure where it came from so I let my credit card company know. They immediately cancelled my card. I then figured out that it was from TacX Pro Gear and I sent an email stating that I did not want to be in their monthly billing program and let them know to stop any future charges to me. *********************, who I'm guessing is a receptionist, emailed back as if she was acknowledging my email. I thought the issue was over but I noticed in late January 2024 that I was charged another $19.95 for November 2023, December 2023, and January 2024 by this company. I emailed TacX Pro Gear and got a reply from ********* who stated that I would need to call them for subscription issues. I called and ********************* answered. I let her know that I emailed in October and told her company that I did not want to be on their subscription and that the card I paid with was replaced so I wasn't sure how they were charging me. She was dismissive and kind of condescending. She said that she sent a email in October saying to call to take care of the issue but I let her know that her email did not state that this was the only way to stop them from charging my card. *********'s email directly stated this so I called and basically ***** said she can only refund me back January 2024's charge. I'm disgusted at how veterans are treated by this company and I just want my November 2023 and December ****************************************************************************************** the company's subscription program. Hopefully the people in charge at this company do the right thing.
