    I ordered a case of beer from this company on 8/16/24. Ive followed up on the order many times with emails. Ive tried to call but the voicemail is full. Ive even sent them a letter ******* I havent received the beer I purchased. I looked up reviews of the company to see if there are others whove experienced the same thing and yes, there are hundreds - see these (************************************************************). I sure hope you can help me and all these other customers.

    I ordered 6 packs of beer in October of 2024 still have not received the product no response from company after many attempts. Just want a refund.

    I ordered 2 specialty 6 packs of beer from this company in September of 2024. They kept saying it was back ordered or that I am in the next wave of shipments. On March 9, 2025 I received the last email apologizing and they will check into it. They have not responded to any more emails from me. I then checked online and have found out that many, many other people are having the same experience as me (with the same emails). At this point I believe we are being scammed. Order #******

    On Sep 9, 2024 I placed an online order. It was more like a pre-order which I was aware that would be a wait time. I emailed them on Jan 24, 2025 for an update. They said the order should ship within 30 days. On Mar 14, 2025 I emailed again since it had been over 30 days and I had not received any kind of update or shipping notice. No response was received. Emailed again on Mar 26 - no response. Submitted an email via their website - no response. Called their # on Apr 10 - voice mailbox was full. If I'm not going to get my product then I would like a refund of ***** which is what I paid in September.

    Ordered my beer on January 22, 2025, and I have not received it yet! The company has stopped responding to emails, no customer service help, and their voicemail box is full, so you can't leave messages! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY, IT'S A SCAM! There will be a lawsuit!!

    I placed an order on August 3, 2024 for two 6 packs of the Ultra Right beer. It is now April 2025 and I still have not received my order. I have emailed the company many times. Most of the emails they have told me my order is on its way and now Im not getting any response at all.

    I ordered this almost 6 months ago and have never received my order. I've tried calling but there is no answer and a voice mail box is full. I've emailed but was told my order will ship soon, but it never ships. My last two emails a few weeks apart have not been answered. I just want my money back at this point and it is a shame because i really wanted the product; it was supposed to be a Christmas gift.

    Purchased product 4 months ago, product was never shipped and i cannot get a response from the company

    I purchsed this product (2 6 packs of beer) on November 6 2024 and never received the item . I contacted customer support 4 months ago and was told it would be shipped in less than a month. After 153 days I never received an update from the company or the product and was charged $49.46 for the product.
