February 2022 - May 2022 Negative zero stars is the rating given to this business. Grade F. I went to Arch Dental for dental work and sub-par materials were used. I was never asked if I was allergic to any of the 'material' used on the bridge the dentist provided. I was left with mouth sores and an ill-fitted object that is so bad that it should not even be called a 'bridge'. It is more of a temporary plastic mouthpiece instead of a bridge for which I was charged more than $2500. It is already stained and has indentions further proving the material is sub-par at best and it feels like a hockey puck in mouth. Further, lack of cleanliness (he actually dropped a temporary covering on the floor that was to go on my tooth and picked it up and started drilling on it to place it back in my mouth and of course I objected to this), lack of confidence in the dentist's ability to get the job done, as well as additional lab fees to correct the dentist's incompetence convinces me that it will be less expensive to just start this process all over. To say that I'm leery of setting foot in that office ever again is an understatement. I ask simply for a refund of monies paid because the dentist ruined two viable teeth that would have allowed for a smaller span bridge. Additionally, one of said teeth were broken in the process of removing the temporary caps. I am now left with a large uncomfortable faux bridge that is too large for my mouth and does not allow proper chewing of food. I am always biting my tongue and my lips because the faux bridge is so large and ill-fitted. This dentist has caused me much pain and suffering. And these people had the temerity to try and charge me $200 because I was 15 minutes late for one appointment, but he cleaned my teeth two times when only one cleaning was necessary. This should have been my clue to never go back there. Price gauging is certainly an issue here with all the lab fees and unnecessary cleanings and drillings. Horrible se
