1 starOrdered hoodie that was in stock and not a preorder. After 5 business days I decided to email asking for status with reply that my order is too priority and that they will be in touch with fulfillment manager to get my order asap. Honestly thats kind of vague, and to me ASAP means either later that day, the next day or at least first thing Monday after the weekend has passed! I sent three more emails with no response, with last two emails asking to kindly cancel my order and issue me a refund. This isnt the first time this has happened either. This company use to have great customer service with quick replys. Shipping use to be quick too. Service has really gone downhill!!! 1 starTerrible customer service. Actually, non existent customer service. I placed an order on 10/27. Estimated ship date was 11/3. The order has still not shipped. I have tried multiple times to contact customer support. Every time I get an automated email stating your order is top priority. Thank you for your patience. *** tried reaching out on the website, calling and even ******** messenger. I will not be purchasing from here again. 1 starAbsolutely horrible company to try and get ahold of period once you purchase It's all up in the air if you'll ever see your product. Days worth of phone calls, emails and texting. Was hung up on by one of ther people when trying to find out were my order was. 11 days now since the took payment and still no shipment of product. When you finally do get through, they just feed you ******** and send you on your way. Absolutely a shame that this is how a veteran owned company does business with its supporters! We do this so that we can guarantee the best quality product made exactly to your specifications. Because we are made to order, please allow 3-5 business days from the date of your order for production time before shipment. 1 starI received my order only to find 1 shirt was smaller then the other 2. I sent 2emails on how to return the shirt(I RECEIVED NO RESPONSE). i THEN RETURNED ALL 3 SHIRTS WITH A LETTER EXPLAINING THAT AS I HAVE HAD NO RESPONSE TO THE EMAILS I WAS RETURNING THE WHOLE ORDER. I sent the return on September 25 2023 by ***** ********* WAS DELIVERED TO THIS COMPANY ON SEPTEMBER 29th at 11:30 AM. I HAVE ATTEMPTED TO CONTACT THE COMPANY 4 TIMES, LEFT MESSAGES, WITH MY PHONE NUMBER. (NO RESPONSE). AS A VETERAN I WOULD HAVE HOPED FOR BETTER SERVICE. Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever encountered..if you want to call it an encounter. 5 phone calls, 3 emails, in a week looking for my order I placed nearly a month ago. They should be ashamed using the veterans, the American flag, the and the emergency responders, and the military to gain peoples money. Disrespect =100%. I will never order again.Nine Line Apparel

1 starI ordered a sweatshirt and t-shirt on July 2 with an estimated ship date of July 5-7. Today, after 19 days, 3 emails, and 3 phone calls, I finally asked them to cancel the order and refund my money. I finally talked with someone in customer service who could see my email requests, but she said she was not able to see, or give me, any information that might explain the delay or when I could expect the ordered items. As a military family with a son currently deployed, I wanted to be able to support a veteran-owned company. Still, my experience with NineLine is beyond disappointing and has been a very frustrating experience.Review fromNora L

1 starOrdered 5 shirts on 5/26/23. It's 7/2/23 and they still have not shipped my order. I'm requesting a refund. My husband is a veteran. We really wanted to support this company. We do not recommend Nine Line Apparel.
