    Ordered a special print long sleeve t shirt on 11/21. Its now 12/30, and I still have not received it. Payment was made on order. Wheres this made in America company shipping from?? *****?? Sent an email to customer service with no response. Called customer service, and I was told its not their problem - its a **** issue. They cant help me. **************** was 0 help. Will never order again. I wish theyd quit flaunting their support for veterans and first responders.

    Ordered a single long sleeve shirt 10 July. After having contacted them several times and getting canned response and excuses from customs service. Received the wrong size the first week of August. Immediately returned it and after contacting them again several times. More excuses and canned responses. Told them to cancel and refund me. They have lost me as A loyal Customer. I will no Longer wear or advertise nor will I freely promote their company and I will tell everyone I know to avoid ordering from them as they used to be a great company but they have forgotten it was the customers that built them.

    I placed an order on July 7 and have emailed them a few times, but I keep getting the same response that the **************** Manager will ensure the order is processed. It's now 7/22, and outside of the canned email responses, no one has contacted me about the delay, and the order still shows as "Unfullifed". I am all about supporting veteran-owned companies, but not when they have this poor customer support.

    If I could give 0 stars I would. Ordered a hoodie for a Christmas gift, paid for a hoodie what I got was a long sleeve T-shirt. I was told due to their error we can keep the t-shirt at no charge, and they would send out the hoodie. Multiple emails, even a notice saying the hoodie was being shipped Jan.2nd. Nope, no show, Again, multiple emails, they don't answer their phones but they ask you to leave a voicemail but never call you back. I wish I would have read all the reviews before I spend over $50 on a hoodie ! So here we are weeks later and nothing. They already have been paid in full by discover so I'm stuck with a very expensive T-shirt. I am really trying to not lose my patience considering this company is run by Veterans. But this was a gift FOR a Veteran. (my son) I imagine alot of their orders are for Veterans but Nine line is making it very difficult to be supported by this Military family. So, So disappointed!! ****** learned never again

    I have had an order of $115.64 in unfilled status since December 14, 2023. No answer to multiple emails. No answer or response to the customer service phone line. I understand out of stock or overburdened for the holidays or lack of employees. But there is NEVER any excuse for ignoring your customers inquiries AFTER they have in good faith paid you money for a product in these difficult economic times. Please dont saddle the Im a veteran horse if you cant ride. Its embarrassing to the rest of us.

    Order was supposed to be in time for Xmas,nope. No response from customer service multiple calls and emails go un answered. Payment was taken out. But my order still says unfulfilled. Was supposed to ship 2 weeks ago. Said it would ship in time for Xmas so I didn't have some Xmas presents for some ppl. Never had an issue with this company until now. I'm a vet and my brother served with the owner. So I'm a little disappointed. I didn't want to leave a negative review here but they won't post my review on the nine line pages and won't answer my emails or calls so if this is the only way I can get a response from them then sorry. They need to do better in customer service. I hope the owner knows what's going on.

    I ordered two T-shirts from them, one of which was a limited-time design. That particular shirt was a preorder and was available to order for however many days before it closed. They warn you that your entire order will not ship until after the preorder expires. I liked that because it meant both of my shirts would ship together, instead of separately. As soon as my order was ready to ship, they sent me an email notification letting me know. It arrived on time and there were no issues whatsoever with either of the shirts. I also love that I am supporting a company that supports veterans. I would definitely order from them again. Thank you!

    Horrible service. This company went to h*** in a hand basket. Third time had issue. First time resolved in a slow but acceptable time. 2nd was a complete nightmare. 10 plus calls listening to the screeching national anthem ( which I usually live to listen too). Never have I had someone answer. Not once. Emailed and no reply. What is this company doing. They are veteran owned and they are letting everyone down. Last week I ordered two men's shirts for my son. 64$ and change. Next morning I checked my bank. The funds were taken out 2 times and then a refund once. Why??? Do I checked order status. No order to be found. Shirts still in cart. But $$ taken out. What is going on. This is worse than ordering from *****. Again no answer and no reply. So again I will have to get my bank to dispute funds. Absolutely unbelievable. I will never ever buy from this company ever again. And definitely not recommend it. I'll support veterans through t2t and other veteran groups.

Both charges on your card should have come off already as your bank puts a hold on the funds when ordering online that is a temporary hold. Our system did not accept the payment(s) due to an address issue upon order entry. At this time, we have no open orders for your account and no money has been transferred to us. If your bank account is still showing funds pending after 48 business hours of you attempting to place the order, please contact your banking facility.     Ordered 5 shirts on November 19th. With mulitple calls place and no answer through customer service I finally got a hold of somebody and kept getting the run around and different information ********..... After going back and fourth with there customer service we finally received our order today Dec 19th. NOW, we have only received 4 out of our 5 shirts with AGAIN no communication on why the 5th was not sent. **************** is absolutely horrible, **** never order from them again. Nothing but a headache

    I have ordered from this company multiple times in the past and have not had an issue, however, I ordered from them on November 11 and still have not received the order. I have tried reaching out to customer service and have had no luck. This was a large order that was supposed to be Christmas presents. As a wife of a deployed soldier, I try my best to support, small businesses, especially when they are on by veterans, but I am highly disappointed in this company, and will be taking future business to a different company.
