    I wanted to order a shirt for myself and then stuff for my friends, I clicked on your sizing for myself and I don’t understand your women’s sizing. What is a 22 inch measurement I don’t know where that measures from or how to measure that for a woman. I don’t know if I’m a medium or a large and I’m trying to figure out which would be the best size. So I asked your chat and I got the rudest responses and I still don’t have an answer. I ordered and I want to cancel. I don’t want to give you guys money after this. My question still isn’t answered after going back back-and-forth with your chat over and over and over again. I called your customer service and they don’t answer. I left a message. I get no phone call back. I want to cancel my order and never deal with this company again I can’t believe this is a veteran own company talking to people like this! I support all veteran own companies as much as I can. My friends are all veterans and if this is how you treat people asking questions and you as a company support these responses from your workers to customers, you don’t deserve my business or any veterans business at all. Veterans have enough PTSD they deal with then to have to deal with jerks on chat just trying to get a size correct!!!

    Placed an order on 11/19/23 with an expected ship date of 12/1/23. The order status is still preparing for shipment with the same expected ship date. I contacted customer service their response from 12/11/23 was that the order would be processed ASAP. I contacted customer service again on 12/18/23 and didnt receive a response.

    On August 5th I placed an order with Nine Line Apparel for T shirts, Hoodies and caps for the total amount of 146.59. After multiple emails, phone calls and voicemails I have gotten no response, the products have still not been shipped and no information as to when or if they will be shipped. I would like a refund for my amount and suggest that no one ever do business with them.

    I made an order from NineLine roughly 2 weeks ago and was told that it would ship on the 16th. I have not received any updates and I have tried to email them one time as of yet. My order number is #**********

    I placed an order online with Nine Line Apparel on June 23rd 2023 and haven't heard anything on my order since then. I have sent 3 emails within the last 2 weeks with no response. I have also asked for a refund if they do not want to ship my order out and again no response. Can you please help me? My order number is **********.
