    We thouroughly vetted Grey Baron Estate Sales, even asking for three references. We called all 3 references and they did not return our call which should have been a red flag to us. ***************************** was thorough when explaining his services, However, we know now that he was over explaining to prepare us for the disadvantage his services caused. After all was said and done, & additional fees were tacked on, ***** walked away with more money than we did. Our items were sold for next to nothing. His spreadsheets were incredibly unprofessional and showed no proof of cash payments. Spreadsheets did not include details of big items, and many other line item details. His staff was allowed in my home before the sale was open and they took many items in front of us. We asked they what they were doing and the response was, "We will tell ***** everything he took so he can charge us later". We have no record of sales on those items. Upon writing our disapproval to *****, and asking for more line item details.. He was incredibly degrading, assumed and made fun of our financial situation, and reiterated to us that we should be more thankful to him as a minority small business owner. We are making these reviews to be sure that this does not happen to anyone else.
