    I went to Peachtree immediate care in norcross for a check up in which they asked for my insurance details (these are my details for my insurance Cigna id- ************************** when going in I asked if I would be charged a copay and they reassured me that I wouldnt. However I was asked to have a card on file and that I wouldnt be charged . However a couple of days later my card was repeatedly charged at the immediate care in ****** a clinic that I had never went to. Im very confused on how my credit card details were shared amongst a whole different location. In result of this I had to cancel my credit card because my bank reported it as fraud . When I tried to get in contact with this company on their website it stated that they were temporarily closed. And so I keep receiving messages about nonpayment and I just want this issue to be resolved ASAP because I dont want this being reported on my credit

    Thank you for your feedback.  I apologize for any confusion; however, the financial policy was signed with an agreement of understanding on your date of service that explains we put a card on file for any balance that is owed after insurance is filed.  Your particular insurance plan does not require a copay at time of service so you were told that no copay would be collected at your visit. Your insurance was filed and per your insurance you owed a balance due to a deductible.  At that time, an email notification was sent to your email address ************************************ to let you know that your card would be charged in 10 days if we did not hear from you with an alternative payment plan.  Our system shows that the payment was declined by your bank so your card on file was deleted and your account does still reflect the balance owed according to your insurance.
