  I had some serious flooding issues in my basement and then a few weeks later in the garage due to an ongoing plumbing issue in our house. I contacted Apex to take care of the clean up and prevent further damage and from the moment I contacted them to the final time they came out to remove the water it was non stop professionalism. They worked directly with my home insurance and were extremely communicative throughout the whole month or so long process of getting my claim filed and repairs done. I'd specifically like to shout a few of the employees who went above and beyond during what for me was quite an ordeal. First, *****, the first tech that came out and continued to work with me was extremely polite, patient, and professional and would answer a text or call lighting fast. Even after hours. And secondly, ******, the general manager who handled my claim and continuously checked in while the work was being done. When the bill finally came and there was a lot left of my deductible to settle, she worked out a generous payment plan to help me cover the costs. I hope I never need to call Apex again, but if I do I know I'll be in good hands. Thanks again!

  I used this service a few days ago for mold issues and I am very satisfied with the service they rendered!!!! All my ducts in my basement are shining like new money!! The air is fresh now!! The technician, ******, was so nice and professional! He showed concern for my elderly mother and suggested we leave the house so the fumes would not get to her! I really appreciated him for that!! ****** was also instrumental in getting things set up for me! I highly recommend this company!!! *********************

  This company I highly recommend!They are very very professional and happy to help their customer any way they can! ******************* the owner has been willing to help me with my problem And willing to consult with me in a professional manner.He promptly returns phone calls and very knowledgeable.   We had two pipes burst on Christmas Eve. They were quick to come out within a couple of days, and agree to do the work.Throughout the entire process, I have had to follow up constantly due to lack of communication on their end. It seems as though all of their work is contracted out, and the contracted companies that come out are not clear on what work needs to be done.On several occasions, the workers would come out and say their portion of the work was complete, when multiple things were missed due to Apex not keeping the workers updated with the correct information on what was to be fixed.The workers from Apex mitigation crew and the workers that were contacted were great. Very professional, and did good work. Unfortunately, the people who are in charge of managing the projects are absolutely clueless. If youre considering using Apex, youre better off saving your money than paying them to be the middleman.
