These people give you a service agreement with fine print stating that there is an additional addendum to the contract that charges you an additional 10% plus a startup fee. They threw an additional $2500 on top of my billReview from Dr. Steven G

I would like to take this opportunity to express my experience with Georgia Tax Appeals, LLC. They are knowledgeable, experienced, courteous and most professional. They set the bar for service organizations. It is unfortunate that more companies do not treat their customers as does Georgia Tax Appeals, LLC. It is a true delight in working with them. GTA has represented ** for the past decade or more. They have consistently won our tax appeals in **** County. Our 2022 assessments jumped from 34%-75% (!!!) on several parcels, so we turned to GTA again. They pursued our claim to the highest level and WON our appeal--bringing our property tax burden down to an assessment based on FACTS, not guestimates.We're retirees who put our life savings into this real estate venture. We work hard, take great care of our tenants, and watch every *****. It only works if we get to keep what we earn. GTA is one of our most valued partners in this American Dream. We recommend them to everyone who wants to pay the LEAST reasonable, evidence-based property taxes.Review from Rob C

I am so thankful for Georgia Tax Appeals, LLC. and the professional manner in which they handled our tax appeal. We are very pleased with the result of our appeal which reduced our property taxes more than 10% in a market with growing valuations. They were extremely responsive and provided clear guidance and direction through the process. Overall, it was a very easy process with minimal input from us. I would use them again.
