            On 10/11/22, I purchased 11 yards of gold velvet that stated 72 wide. When I received it, it was only 52 wide. I called fabric.com and advised it was being returned, unopened, in perfect shape. They acknowledged via a phone call that they received the fabric on 10/17/22. Its been 15 days since they received the fabric back and they refuse to return my call, their email is full and not accepting my emails. I have no way to get my money back from them and they refuse to speak to me via call or email. Order # ******** 10/11/22, returned via *** tracking 1Z5XX6249045521390, 10/13/22, received by fabric.com 10/17/22.I paid $146.14. My bank will not assist me, I used my debit card *****************

            pathetic customer"service". have always been a business customer with tax exempt status until placing the latest order on 6/21/2022. I was given my 10% business discount but right after lacing the order received an offer for 25% off using the same discount number I have always used. they refuse to honor their email offering the larger discount and on top of that are charging me sales tax despite admitting they have all of my information. I was told to resubmit my tax information which I did but then they decided yet another form was needed. I have jumped through all of their hoops. they still refuse to refund the tax I should not have been charged but will possibly make future orders tax exempt. this is the first time I have been refused my tax exempt status. the rudeness of their "representatives" is totally unacceptable. I am spreading the word to other crafters about this company and will be extremely reluctant to ever trust them again. sad how they treat long time existing customers who always have a LARGE order!
