We had to replace the entire roof in 2026 on an 8 year old house due to hundreds of exposed/improperly driven nails and missing or inadequate materials in roof valleys and areas where roof pitches REMOVEDfamily purchased the home as the second owners, relying on a home inspection and the expectation that it was constructed in compliance with applicable building codes and manufacturer REMOVED2026, after experiencing roofing concerns and leaks, multiple independent roofing companies inspected the roof and concluded the problems were caused by improper installation." ...
