    My name is ***** ****** ,I have a 2008 ***** ****** that I 'm currently paying $350 monthly .I been having problems with it they had me to take it to ***** ********** in ************* *** where he charge me $3000 but was told that I have to pay half of the payment because I was still under warranty .When I got the car back it had a burning smell so I called them and took the car back to ***** ********** where he started he had put a new ****** in to drive it for a while and the smell will go away . Dove it until **** 22 and the problem got worse I called them and let them thew the problem again and stated that I could have their mechanic look at it but it will be $95 an hour so I don't have that kind of money so it's been under my car porch since and still paying my payment.

    We at TCL Auto Sales, give all of our financed customer a warranty that covers 50% of parts and labor on motor and transmission. Ms. ****** was was under her term of agreement in her transmission warranty when her ****** went out on her 2008 ***** ******. *****'s **** ****** is a certified, licensed and bonded shop that could get Ms. ******'s car in short date. On *********, the ****** set replacement was completed for the amount of $1,379.86. Under our 50/50 agreement Ms. ****** was to pay $689.93 as well as TCL Auto Sales. We assisted Ms. ****** with her portion to pay $345.00 at the time pick up and had written arrangements for the remaining $344.93. She fulfilled both and we have documented proof.
    Due to *****'s Auto ****** doing the work we have to refer Ms. ****** back to them to correct the problem.
