    The green tea product isnt even listed on your site as out of stock, yet youre still taking orders. I reached out multiple times for an update and have yet to get a response.

    Ordered 2 products. They would not send me confirmation of order or tracking information. Two phone numbers they have arent working and no answer to numerous emails.

    Greetings Better Business Bureau

    I've attached a document that chronicles Ms *************************** purchase. The document starts with the date of June 14, 2024.  As you scroll, you will see the timeline from the June 14, 2024 to June 10, 2024 and actions taken.

    Her order was placed on June 10, 2024.  On June 12, 2024 a separate email was sent letting her know we'd be shipping on June 14, 2024. We also resent the confirmation email. 

    On June 13, 2024, I get an email that she has started a chargeback.  We accepted the chargeback and refunded the money for her purchase.  I'm not sure what else we could have done in this matter.
