      Not dependable, dishonest, and very unprofessional. I have a bill for over $1,000 and still have a dirty pool that we cannot use. When confronted, they blamed their poor service on us! I definitely do not recommend using them for anything!

      The customer's pool had not been opened in several years. When we arrived to look at the job the pool was covered with algae and full of leaves and other debris all over the bottom of the pool. We discussed with the customer that the sand in the filter would need to be changed and multi vacuums would be required to clean the pool. Our next trip out we added chemicals to the pool. On the next trip we changed the sand and vacuumed the pool and added more chemicals. My service tech was last there on the 27th of June and vacuumed the pool and told the customer they needed to raise the water level in the pool and bring a water sample to the office. Customer stated that they did not know how to get a sample so the tech explained how to do a water sample and that they needed to bring that in as soon as possible or the pool would turn green again. When tech left the job the pool was blue, clear and some debris left in the bottom but tech was unable to continue to vac due to the water level being low. We had not heard from the customer nor was a water sample brought in by Thursday the 30th so we called the customer and that is when they said they were displeased with the service. I told the customer I would be by their house as soon as I closed the office on Thursday to discuss the job. The customer called back a little while later and told me not to come that we were not allowed on the property again. Never have I had a customer that would not discuss an issue or meet with me to see why they were displeased. I have pictures to show what the pool looked like before, during our services and when we finished last Monday.

      First of all, the pool was open last year. There is some truth to the businesses response, but they did not do all that they are stating. Fact of the matter is, we are being charged over $1,000 and still have a pool that we cannot use. It was never vacuumed and they pulled the water level down too low. We explained that we are on well water and it took us 4 days to get the level back up to normal. I did say for them not to come back out because they were already being rude and argumentative on the phone with my wife.
