      Very disappointed!! We have a business in *******, ******* and Arrow Waste is our trash company. An Arrow Waste driver hit our building early this year and knocked down our lights. We reached out to the damage department to resolve this issue - and thought they were going to be a stand-up company but NO... we have been calling and given the run around ever since then. I have left messages, sent emails, been transferred, sent quotes everything imaginable to no avail. This company and its management team have been ducking and dodging we are ready to send them to court. We don't know what to do to get this resolved. Just not a company I would recommend doing business with.

      I am filing a complaint against Arrow Waste due to ongoing poor service and the companys failure to resolve repeated issues with my trash disposal. My service has been unreliable, with multiple missed pickups and little to no communication from customer service despite numerous calls and emails. These failures have left trash uncollected for extended periods, creating both inconvenience and unsanitary conditions. I expect an immediate resolution, either through consistent and reliable service with compensation for the missed pickups or cancellation of my service without penalty so that I can move forward with a more dependable provider.

      Terrible residential service. They expect their customers to do their jobs so that they can give you their services. They have ALL these specifications that have to be done for them to just pick up your trash. No customer service left in this world.
