    On **** I used Autosport Wash to get my vehicle washed. While going through the wash, my vehicle was damaged. The blowers towards the end of the wash blew off a moulding piece on my roof causing repairs needing to be done. The "key holder" who was there at the time reviewed video footage and informed me you could see the trim piece be pulled off and proceeded to fill out a damage report. I was told the owner would be made aware of the situation and would give me a call. I never received a phone call so after two days went by, I reached out to the company myself on ***** I spoke to Mr. L* and he refused to cover any damages and advised me to glue the piece back on. This is a metal trim piece that is attached by metal hooks and clamps which cannot be fixed with glue. The piece itself needs to be replaced. He told me that he would look into it further and call me back. I still have yet to receive a phone call from the owner. Everytime I call, they blow me off saying there is nothing they can do for me and Mr. L* is refusing to speak with me. I was told by the "key holder" that he would send me a copy of the updated damage report but I never received it. When I called today, ****, the "supervisor" stated that he could not and will not send me a copy of the report. Due to the lack of response and indecency of the company's ownership, I decided to seek assistance from the BBB.
