    I placed an order on the company's website for floor springs on June 18 and paid $34.08. The order number is ******. I received an email stating the order is being processed the next day. On July 2 I had still not received the merchandise or any further information. Tracking information was never given. I called the company at ***** ******** on July 2 and spoke to a gentleman, who asked if he could check with the manufacturer and call me back in 15 minutes. He did not call back. I called again the next day and was forwarded to voicemail. I left a message and nobody returned my call. Since July 2 I have called the company 7 times between the hours of 10am and 4 pm, and left at least three messages, in addition to speaking to the man the first time I called. Nobody has answered since the first call, and nobody has returned my call. I still do not have what I paid for and I have no tracking information, or any sort of information about if or when I will ever receive it.

    Hi ****** - my sincere apologies that you did not get a prompt and proper response to your inquiries.  Your order has recently shipped via ***** and looks like it delivered to you yesterday.  (you should have received a shipment notification email with your tracking #).  We do typically ship and respond much faster on order inquiries, but unfortunately were caught out of the office the last couple of weeks due to back to back events taking place for us in our industry which included the **** ******* *******  I recognize that we fell short on providing excellent service on your order and have hence refunded the shipping charges you incurred.  Hopefully, we can earn your business back in the future and have a chance to provide you with the type of service you deserve as one of our customers.
