We have benefited from the quality service offered by Precision Garage Door for 3 different occasions over a number of years. Today, a fantastic service representative,by the name of "T"arrived promptly and conducted a thorough examination and resolved our concern in a very short time. He is the REAL THING. Additionally, the lady in the office, Stephanie was very helpful and arranged our service call in a few minutes. They are a service minded company that gives us confidence that the job will be done PROPERLY ??????????

I called them for a transmitter (I guess that is the name). They do some inspection before they even do what you ask (a waste). Then I added in the garage door keypad. Chandler did not tell me I had to add a 0 to the end of this four digit code so when I tried getting in a few days later, I couldn't. I tried relentlessly and failed. He came back out here and it did not work for him. He did some reprogramming and it worked. A few days later, I tried again. No good. I called him back and he mentioned that his GM wanted to charge me for having them come out here. Although, I still am unable to use it, I refuse to call them. Why would you threaten to charge me for a brand new keypad? Especially when my receipt says I have a 90 day guarantee...So I'll begin my new year by getting a new company to do what this company failed to do properly...
