I am writing to file a formal complaint against Atlas International Travel Agency regarding a transaction that took place on October 10, 2022. The amount in question is $826.94. We are deeply disappointed to find ourselves in the position of having to seek a refund that is rightfully owed to us by this agency. The nature of this dispute stems from a booking we made with the agency in question for tickets(two tickets, documents are attached) with ***** Airways airline. After the initial booking, changes were required to our booking data, resulting in a refund being processed by the airline to the agency. However, our attempts to obtain the rightful refund from the agency have been met with unwarranted resistance.Despite being *********** the refund, we have faced an incredible amount of frustration and distress. Instead of upholding responsibilities, the agency has chosen to deny us the refund, effectively holding our money hostage. This behavior is unacceptable and, frankly, feels like a blatant act of theft. Reading from the public reviews of this agency, it is clear that other customers have had same issues with this agency in the past. The agency has a review score of 2.7 out of 100 reviews.Our attempts to resolve this matter have been met with hours of fruitless phone calls, during which we were subjected to rudeness and rejection. It is incomprehensible that a business would treat its customers in such a manner. We believe in addressing issues with professionalism and respect, and we expect the same in return.What is particularly disheartening is the lack of any effort to resolve the matter from your agency's end, especially from **************, the owner. It is deeply disappointing that despite reaching out, we have not received any assistance or willingness to rectify the situation. The lack of concern for customer satisfaction and the dismissal of our legitimate claim is extremely disconcerting.
