    Was charged $24.95 for something I never used or signed up for. Backgroundlookercom is what it comes up as and this is completely ridiculousness a place can do this to people

    I don't know how I was subscribed to this service. When I called to cancel, I was assured I would be refunded all of my payments. However, the next month, I was again charged. I called again, and they said they could only refund the last three payments. It's nice for them that they have a policy, but I never approved of any of the charges in the first place. So I know I get busy sometimes and can't get a chance to check my credit card statements, but the bottom line is that I never approved the charges and never used the service.
