  The site is a complete scam. They lead you to believe that you're going to get the information that you want, but really all they want is your email address so that they could sell your marketing stats. Beyond that, they intentionally make you stay on their site under the guys that you will get the information, so that they can have a higher ****** rating. The longer you spend on the site the better it makes them look. You will give them all your personal info and boost their rating, and you'll get nothing in return. Don't waste your time

  I signed up with $1 and then was charged $23.99 there was no information telling me this was subscription and I dont even know how to cancel it because of how complicated the website is.

  A charge to one of my credit cards for $68.46 just appeared from People Looker. I've never heard of the business and certainly didn't give it my credit card information. This is straightforward fraud. People Looker must have purchased my information illegally. Naturally, I've had to cancel my credit card, get a replacement, and go through the rigmoral of resetting my credit card information with all the internet sites that I do legitimate business with. I should note that the charge on my card shows that it is from a zip code in **************, not *******, so it's possible that the charge is not from the same People Looker that the Better Business Bureau is already familiar with, or that it is someone else masquerading as People Looker -- I have no way of knowing. In any case, there is a criminal organization at work here and it should be investigated, not just reported.

  I used peoplelooker to look up some people. I didn't give them any financial information that I am aware of, yet $21.00 vanished from my account, causing me an overdraft. If I involuntarily signed up for a membership, I want it canceled and I want my money back. I can't afford to be in the hole. Maybe they should pay my overdraft fee too.

  This website claimed they could find unclaimed money. People looker said I have a week to cancel. They sent me a notice of 357 dollars on the 3rd day through PayPal and my bank obviously denied the transaction for lack of funds. They have some nerve. A scam and nothing but spam scam.

  Did the 1$ 7 day free trail as one of the deals to try to get a free gift card. I wake up today to an automatic 22 dollar purchase on my debit card. I did not want this.

  I had recently tried a $1 trail to look up a family member because they had passed away, only to wake up early in the morning a week later to a transaction towards my cashapp account from them that is pending. I then decided to try and cancel from my people looker account only to see no option to cancel the subscription to get my money back. Like they were trying to keep me from canceling it or something.

  I am a senior and I paid for a one time use from this company ( peoplelooker). My father had recently passed away about two years ago and I wanted to see if there where anything that neede attention from his estate. Never did peoplelooker make it clear ,nor did I agree to any contract for a monthly charge. I used paypal for the first and only search That I did. ****** did not show clear charges that I was being charged by peoplelooker for a monthly membership fee. I recently paid my paypal balance off and after checking to see if the payment was succesfull and that a 0 balance was reflected I noticed a new charge from peoplelooker was posted for the new month of august 2022. I contacted both paypal and peoplelooker of the charge and that it was fraud to me. I did receive a credit for the august charge from peoplooker and paypal . I e-mailed a Thankyou to peoplelooker but informed them that I was requesting a total charge of over $150.00 to date back to the time of the false charges being applied to my paypal account. Peoplelooker e-mailed back that They are not willing to credit me the rest of the charges. I feel this is clearly elder abuse and FRAUD. Please help ******
