    I was a little worried when I was charged at my first use and honestly thought like most search apps it was not an honest purchase. But when I contacted them I received an instant refund with also and apologize.. To tell the truth it may have been my error in not actually using the refund process but they were and ARE as I found out a very reputable company. I have since used them again with confidence. If you have been scammed by another company please try using PEOPLELOOKER LLC AND YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED.

    People Looker took money out of our bank account two times. We have never signed up there and I have work with customer service for 4 days. They have no record of an account, but they have my money. It is ridiculous. I have asked 4 times for someone to call me to discuss the situation, but they only e-mail.

    There $1 trial offer is a scam!! I used this once than cancelled on line! But apparently it did not cancel as a week later I was charged $25.19! Don't fall for this $1 trial offer Scam!

    I subscribed for 1 week and they keep taking ***** out of my Apple Pay , why ? This happened 4-5 times and I get notifications when they keep trying to take money out ,

    I used this company for a record search for unclaimed money. I KNOW that I have unclaimed money with the CALIF. State Controler, but I misplaced the notice that I received from them regarding the money. They came up with a lot of infornation but NOTHING relevant about my money that the state has. The original charge for the search was only $1 for one week. If you don't cancel, they will charge almost $22 a month. So, naturally I wanted to cancel rihht away. Following their instructions, I eent to their unsubscribing site ehere I asked them to unscribe me. They, then, wanted to send me to another company in order to unsubscribe and be charged MORE money to unsubscribe. I've never heard of such a thing! It was only another $1 but it's the principle of the thing! They want to make it as complicated as possible to discourage you from unsubscribing or hoping uou will forget about it!

    This serrvice is not a** described. The search info they provide is totally off. We actually searched several people we know to be felons and their profiles came up totally clean.
