Reached out to company for a quote for a missing shingle. They came out on 1/27/22 and inspected roof and gave me a quote for repairs. In the quote, they notated that the color of my shingles would be dove **** but couldn't guarantee that the shingles would match perfectly. My roof is a dark **** so I assumed this would be closely matched. They came out to perform the work while I was not there...said noone needed to be there for them to repair the roof. Arrived home to find light **** shingles on a home that had black shingles placed at the time the home was built. Called on 2/3 to let them know that I was not happy with the outcome. I was told that my original shingle color was ****. If someone takes a look at the pictures I provided them, they can see on another area of my home that the shingles were originally black. My home looks like it has been patched by an elementary school kindergarten child. This will not help me when I am ready to sell my home. I communicated with the rep on 3/15 stating that I was not happy. Attached is the email trail and a ****** review I did and their response. Still no one came out to my home to even ensure that the work was done properly. I paid the invoice anyway as they were threatening to place a lien on my home if I did not do so.
