Hello Sonic Headquarters, I am from the OKC metro area and just moved to Washington, Missouri. Two times now I've waited 15 mins for someone to take my order. 1st time in October 2020: waited another 20 minutes and then someone walked to my car and took my order and she apologized and said "the order taker doesn't work." I asked, "Why is there no sign?" She said, "We aren't. Allowed to put a sign on it." I said, "Sooo your management or owner would rather we sit here for 20 minutes without placing an order?" She just apologized again.  2nd time: Sitting at the order taker to the left of number 10 with no one coming (never got the exact number). I finally got out of my car and asked a carhop I believe his name was Andrew (wearing a blue and white check button-down shirt and black pants) Who is a manager or assistant manager.  "does this order taker not work?" He said, "no. It doesn't." I said, "why's there no sign?" We aren't allowed to put an out-of-order sign." I said, "that's ridiculous. How do I give my order? Is someone coming to take my order?" He said, "no. Just move to one that works." He gestured to which ones don't work. I couldn't tell where he was pointing. I informed him that I'll report this to headquarters in OKC. He didn't care. I asked him if the stall to the right of me worked and he said, "yes."I moved to another one and the pic I took shows the order taker sign that's out of order so I cannot see the order. He then asked me to see the screen. However the Number 10 says crash dump so he read the order to me. Andrew got it right. I waited 20 minutes for my order. Took the order in my car. It was the Wrong order then the car hop took the order back and brought it to another car. (Isn't there new rules about the sanitariness of that now?) Then I waited another five minutes and another carhop (name started with an A) brought me my order of two footlong hot dogs with mustard, a large lemonade, and a bag of ice. This woman carhop is who told me the original man was Andrew a manager. You'd think after all this I'd get a free meal? Nope!  Driving away I saw Andrew in the back and took a shot of him on the phone. Wearing black pants and smoking.  This Sonic is not in good working order. It is unsanitary, and the manager whether an assistant or general manager is unprofessional.  Just moved here from Oklahoma.  ***** of Washington, Missouri

The crew that was working at 5 o'clock were totally rude. I ordered a large hit caramel coffee with cream and sugar for 2.65. I tasted it and it didn't taste like caramel or like it had sugar, if.so it wasn't much. So I went back and stayed that it didn't taste very sweet and they explained that they could give me more sugar but the caramel taste was an issue.too so when they told me that the caramel was sweet too I asked for more caramel instead, problem would be solved. She repeated I could have more sugar. So I asked for a different one then. And they acted like I did something wrong so they remade it and she all but shoved it on my hand while rolling her eyes and telling me have a nice day. And it tastes like they just put it in a new cup dumped sugar in it and put on a new lid. More often than not at Elkton, MD I have an issue with ignorance from the staff. For 2.65 per large, I want my coffee to taste how I like.

Spent 45 minutes waiting for 4 food items. After multiple attempts to get food, being rudely spoken to by multiple employees, ignored, and finally yelling to get attention of store employees, the manager/employee did not attempt to rectify situation, seemed shocked i was upset at waiting an hour after explaining multiple times to multiple people i hadn't received my food, and when i requested refund was rude. I called and emailed and have heard nothing.

This review is a review of the Blairsville, GA Dunkin. Everything about this Dunkin is awful. The customer service is a joke. Even the Store Manager, Bailey, was rude today when I came through the drive thru. If the Store Manager is setting a bad example to the employees like that, it is no small wonder that the rest of the employees treat the customers with such disrespect. This same Store Manager told me today that when she is away her employees act like toddlers, and talked very negatively about her employees . What a way to talk about your employees. That is also unprofessional. If you want good Dunkin coffee or food, go to the Blue Ridge, GA location. The situation at the Blairsville, GA Dunkin is just sad. I have worked for many years in Customer Service myself, and lived and traveled a good bit while serving in the military, and what I see taking place at this Dunkin still blows my mind. The Corporate Office needs to do something to clean this place up, as they give the Dunkin Franchise a bad name.

Customer service lied on the phone saying I threatened to call the cops. They recorded the convo and I never threatened to call the cops. I did however say I will report it stolen. You don't need the cops involved with that all I have to do is talk to the bank. You don't put words in people's mouths. I didn't recieve my food and was charged for it, I also not gonna drive nearly 40 minutes out of my way just to get a refund at that location.

I ordered there new petite steak sandwish and they charged $7.70 just for the sandwish and it was awful. It is nothing even close to what they advertise. I called and asked to speak to the manager and the manager said they only put three ounces of meet on the sandwish. A .89 cent burger at ********* is better than that..

I walked into an Arby's in Hiram GA on Veterans day and asked if they offered any specials for Veterans. The representative said flat "No." The manager who was standing behind him in earshot just walked away without even addressing me. As a veteran and a business owner, I will never go to this Arby's or any of the other stores again. It is no wonder the business has a D-.

Its 6:21 and the donuts I just brought are hard. How does the state, county, or city allows this company to sell old product. The cashier just said it's one delivery in the morning at 9am They are still selling the same donuts throughout the day.

The Dunkin Donuts Customer Service is NON Existent. I called regarding an order issue and was told my wait time would be less than 7 minutes. In the end, was on hold for over 45 minutes. There was no notification during the unusually long wait that it was going to be longer than estimated. Did get an apology for the long wait time, but I was not prepared for the length on hold. I was informed that they had a high call volume! Surely they have a system in place to adjust for "high call volume"? Very disappointed in this experience.
