    Assurance America (InsureMax) insured ran a stop sign and hit my daughter on March 23, 2024. The adjuster pick up my car on March 27, 2024 from the towing company, they still did not provide a rental *********** me. I contacted the adjuster on March 29, 2024 and had to practically beg for a rental car. She stated they only give ***** a day, which she sent payment for ******. I did not received that payment until March 3, 2024. In between time I have been catching ubers and rides. She only reimbursed me ****** for ubers. I sent receipts for gas payments I had to pay for catching rides and she stated they don't reimburse for gas. There are no ***** a day cars, so I'm having to come out of pocket with additional money for a inconvenience their insured did, which is sad. They totaled my car on March 3, ************************************** any money for a rental. This is sad. I have 3 kids and a job and I am stuck without transportation. Additionally, I called twice to speak with management only to have the same adjuster call me back. No manager called me. ****** for a rental is INSANE that covers only 4 days and I've been out of a car for 13 days. Not to mention when my daughter got hit by their insured, me and my son had just walked inside the Hawks game and had to leave, **************** would not reimburse my money for the game (another Inconvenience). This insurance company needs to be shut down. I will be filing a complaint with the Insurance Commissioner of GA.

    This company is deplorable!!! I have been dealing with an auto claim since December 2023 and as of today it is yet to be resolved. Assurance America, *******, ** ***** provided me with their estimate for repairs to my vehicle very underestimated. My vehicle has been ready since last Thursday and this company refuses to respond or reply to myself, the car rental company and the body shop. The recording tells you the adjuster is the best person to speak with about your claim, how could that be if no one responds to your calls? The body shop calls as they have been very diligent in the matter and Assurance America refuses to call them back or pay the supplemental that's due. In the meantime, my vehicle is being held hostage for payment from Assurance America and a car rental bill continues to mount for payment as well. Uggghhhhhh!!!!
