      I applied for a warehouse material position with insight global in april ******************************************************************************************************************** asked me questions regarding employment. Was told they wanted to do a second interview with the agency manager at insight global had that interview it went good . They said they wanted me to do a video interview with the client they were hiring for ***************** so I had the interview it went great . So insight global and ***************** wanted me to do a physical tour of there facility did the tour it went great . I was told I was hired was sent an offer letter / contract I put in a two week notice with my current employer . Two weeks past right before my start date insight global *** called me to say the company didn't have the budget to hire me totally destroying my life lied and scammed me with a fake opportunity this company needs to be taken down with a huge lawsuit immediately I lost everything behind this company.

      All - I feel that enough time has gone by to discuss my traumatizing experience with Insight Global. To start off I do not recommend this agency to any job seeker for the following reasons:1. Lower Offers - initial compensation discussion is high, the offer will be lower 2. The client comes first - you do not matter 3. Ghosting - once a recruiter is done with you, they block you 4. Unprofessional recruiters - They are sales agents making money off you and nothing more 5. There is no humanity in this Agency 6. If the recruiter comes off as too kind - Run I have had 2 terrible contracts with this company. December 2023 - ******* ********* induced me into accepting a lower offer with the pretense that she had spoken to employer that it will be contract to hire. I quit after week.May 2024 - ***** ******** , I was in the process of 2 interviews with 2 different companies via insight. This account manager pressured me to accepting a role that came out of nowhere after I said I was interested. After all the pressure (contact calls and emails), and guilt tripping, I accepted. And was immediately removed from the other roles in the system. That contract needed after 1 week and after promising to help me for the inconvenience she ghosted me and never spoke to me again.Please DO NOT no matter how desperate you may be do not. The mistreatment is not worth it, the trauma and hurt I cannot put into words, I am not sure how confidently bounce back.

      Received an unsolicited phone call from this company at 6:49am.I have no business relationship with them, I had never spoken with their recruiter via email or ********, and I certainly had not provided consent for pre-8am phone call.I am on the federal do not call registry and have reported them to the ***.

      Not only did I receive an unsolicited, unconsented phone call. I also requested to be put on the do not call, do not contact list the very same day and another recruiter violated that at a later date.

      After accepting an offer through Insight Global for a position with Verra Mobility and signing all the necessary documents, I was informed that my start date would be at the end of December. However, this date was repeatedly pushed backfirst to early January, then mid-January, and now late Januarywith no clear updates or timeline for when work will actually begin. Despite multiple assurances from both Insight Global and Verra Mobility that equipment would be sent last week, nothing has arrived. Ive received no tracking information, no follow-up, and no communication confirming the next steps.This lack of clarity has left me in professional and personal limbo. As a competitive candidate, I turned down two other offers because I believed in the vision and communication initially presented by Insight Global and Verra Mobility. Unfortunately, this has become the most unprofessional hiring experience of my career, marked by repeated delays, poor communication, and a lack of transparency.I am now seeking to escalate this matter to the leadership teams at both Insight Global and Verra Mobility, as this process has been deeply disappointing and unprofessional. My hope is that no other candidate or professional has to endure a similar experience in the future.

      I was employed by Insight Global from Oct 2020 to May 2024. For my kids insurance purpose I have contacted several times Insight Global at ****************************************** ********** (******)Senior Account Manager ************ to request form 1028 or a letter saying that I no longer work for them, but haven't received any response from them. What do I do? Please help. I need to submit this information to renew my sons health insurance.

      They are a *************** that basically decided not to work with me after receiving a job offer from the company that I was sent out on an interview. They didn't like my attitude about asking for more money and decided to part ways with myself and dent the job that I was offered. **** ************** *****

      I had a contract for $32 an hour but was only paid $25 an hour for 4 months of work. Resulting in approximately $4,500 in lost wages.

      This company set me up with a job that turned out to be a SCAM. I never got paid and I am still in legal dispute over pay with the company that they set me up with. On top of this, any other job I have applied with for Insight Global has been met with either rejection or being ignored completely. If one of their clients screws you over, they leave you hanging high and dry. They do not care if theyve screwed you over as long as they can falsify their metrics. Do not accept any job associated with Insight Global!

      On 04/01/2022 this company was contracted thru ADT to install cameras on my home. After going out with the tech to show him where the cameras should be install he installed them in the incorrect area. Due to this he damaged my my home. On the 2nd attempt he came out to move the camera and did the exact same thing again. I have been going back to back with ************************* with no resolution. I have left several voice mails along with email only to have been ignored many times. It will soon be 2 years

      I have been repeatedly harassed by insight global mutliple times over the past 3-4 years. I have clearly communicated to them, and asked them to notate that I am only interested in Software Engineering or Adjacent roles, that pay over $50/hour, or Non-software roles that pay over $75/hour. I had atleast three reps verify to me in this time frame that the notes were clearly on my account with them.Once again, on 9/18 I got yet another call from Insight Global in which they wanted to offer me an entry level Helpdesk role, that paid AT MOST, $30/hr. Incase the person reading the complaint isnt in IT, its like offering a established Dentist a residency in an ER. It is insulting in every way.Id like to see ********************** incur an F Minus rating for the duration of their time in business. They have zero respect, zero intelligence, and zero charisma
