      I wish I had seen all the reviews of this company before doing business with them. This has been a terrible experience. The leads they provided were not real people. I think they know they are not real people but put the responsibility on you to "contest" the leads for credit. Dealing with their customer service team is a joke. Every person I talked to was rude and condescending. I would never do business again with this company and I have told them as much. They continue to call and harass me to "give them another shot". Save yourself the aggravation and brain damage dealing with this company unless you have money and time to burn!

      After not being happy with the service, The manager did not want to cancel my account and terminate auto renew. I had to ask him multiple times to cancel. After letting him know that I would get my lawyer involved, he finally agreed to terminate my account. He was extremely unprofessional.

      I paid this company $350 just to start and to try it out. Automatically the lead quality was very poor and I knew I made a mistake to use the service since Ive used similar sources before. Ive politely made numerous calls for a refund not even for the full amount but at least for the remaining balance of $209.00 and they say is that they cannot refund the amount that they can just continue to provide me with leads even though Ive made it clear to them that I was not satisfied because some leads seemed fake and some were just spam.

Our team is receiving additional training on how to best address concerns like yours, and unfortunately there is still room to go.       They are a robbery, they stole $950 from my bank account and now they canceled my account so as not to pay me but I will file a police report so that this application stops stealing from people

      We are sorry to hear you feel this way. Unfortunately it sounds like you feel the support our team provided you was not sufficient. It is also understandable to get frustrated when leads don't work out. After reviewing the account we show that you disputed 16 Opportunity Lead charges with your bank even after $389.00 in leads were credited back to you in good faith. Additionally, the account was only closed after remaining in default for over a month and the eventual notification of the 16 chargebacks you submitted. At that time, it became appetent that our service was not a good fit and we could no longer continue to provide you with new leads without incurring additional risk.

      We understand you feel the original response failed to address your concerns. However, the claim that your account was closed as a means to not pay you is simply untrue. The account was closed as a result of being in a default status for several weeks. Per a conversation with our team you stated you closed 8 jobs but, we understand you are concerned that some of the jobs were small in nature and therefore did not net you a large profit. However, of the leads you received, 26 of them are leads that you previewed prior to purchasing. When speaking with us, our team advised updating the lead categories to job types that better suit your needs. While it is absolutely not our goal to do so, we do reserve the right to close a customer's account when they express an intent to cancel. At this time we feel this response is sufficient and the matter closed.

      Entered by BBB Staff - lj Signed up with the company July 29, 2023 for contractor referral service. The service is due for renewal today. Called the company and will not let him cancel the service. He had to contact his credit card company. Cost is $300 month. The service was not working for his company.

      We are sorry to hear of this customers experience. It appears a call was made to our team on 9/25 to close the account. Unfortunately the customers disconnected the call before our team was able to confirm the cancelation fully. Since then we have made several attempts to reach the customer but have been unsuccessful. Our practice is not to refuse a customers request to cancel. However, we do understand the value our service provides to so many pros and do attempt to understand what is going on with a customers account before processing a cancellation request fully. Nonetheless, the account has been closed and there will be no further billing to the card on file.

      Hello I got rid of this service back in 2017 I have asked both in writing and via ****** ******* calls to not call this business phone number anymore, we also added our business to the federal do not call list. This company has violated the federal law in this issue everyday 3-5 times a day, for the last 6 years. This is my 180th time to reach out to this company for this to stop so this is my first step of a complaint after I called that business. I will also be sending you a written letter and filing suit in Federal court under the federal rules of civil procedure. I will extend one email option for your corporation to provide me with a telephone contact I can use to discuss this issue. If that is not provided within 7days of this complaints posting date all the other means of litigation Ive described I will take.

      It is sad to see that you are still receiving calls from our team after all this time. We show the account was closed in *************************************************************************************** phone number was deleted from our system. Unfortunately the phone number was not officially added to our internal Do Not Call list until recently. This is a failure on our part no doubt. Our intention if not to solicit anyone who has made it clear they do not wish to be contacted. Lastly, there is a unsubscribe link at the bottom of every one of our emails. If you click this it will remove your email from our mailing system permanently. If there is anything additionally we can do to assist please do not hesitate to let us know.

      Your request to click a link for your internal do not call list was selected & it was done over 17xs during the course of the last 6 years.

      However your company has called me more then 3x during that time. Also during this time I have placed our number  to be added to the federal do not call list. Your continued calls is a violation of federal law, pertaining to the do not call list. 

      Also this response is prima facie evidence that your company has not followed the federal do not call list. 

      Its also prima facie evidence you have continued harassing this corporation as well as violating the federal do not call list. 

      Your violations of the do not call list have now earned your company a civil lawsuit.

      Had your company done one basic thing and check the federal do not call list this would all be avoided.

      What makes it worse is this has been going on for over 6 years, your company has interrupted phone calls, interfered with our operations, and has upset our staff and customers with your constant harassment of our corporation.  I called you all from my cellphone to stop calling me then you call my cellphone.  

      I have literally hundreds of calls from your company over the last few years. 

      I will need your companies legal mailing address.

      We certainly understand your frustration and do recognize that at some point you did request that we do not contact you. However, after reviewing the account in more detail we feel additional clarification is due. After your account was closed you attempted to contact us several times regarding additional questions you had about your account. As a practice we return calls from both active and inactive customers, therefore the calls you received from our team were made in an effort to assist you. The interactions we had with you span several years, therefore it makes sense that you may not recall how those interactions came to be. Ultimately we wish things worked out differently and that your experience was a positive one.

      i literally recall all the times I called you. I called you several times over the years for you to to stop calling my f****** business. At this juncture your being sued for violating the federal do not call list and fraud. Any further communications from your corporation will need to come from an attorney, it apparent you do not have even the basic rudiments of educational standards to know that if a person calls you literally over hundreds of times to stop calling that no means no.

      Ive been using the service for a month. Since September 16th 2023 and after a couple weeks wasnt satisfied with the quality of leads. I service pools for a living and the first two leads I could see by satellite imagery that no pools even existed and no one returned my message. Also they give you Opportunities as well but neither were anything that pertained to pool service or repair. I had requested my account terminated and refund of remaining balance but when I finally talked to them they said they dont offer refunds I said fine but please shut it down and terminate my account. The representative instead of doing so kept asking me questions I said it doesnt matter i wanna terminate. He refused and kept proceeding to ask me questions over and over and over and never handled my request. I said I may have to dispute the charge. They said thats ok we win most of those disputes. And they still refuse to terminate my account.

      I have used the service and all of their leads were fake. Worse than **** and Home Advisor by far. They continue to call multiple times a week trying to solicited me to sign back up. I have told them to stop calling and remove me from their list and they just talk thru me. I have told 6 different Networx telemarketers politely to take me off the list or I'm filing complaints on all platforms. I do not want other contractors getting scammed like I did.

      Networx did nothing to address the fact that none of their leads are real. But thats fine as long as they stop calling me. Id be great if they couldve respected my requests over the last several months to stop calling without having to get the BBB involved. If they called me again, Im re-opening the case and Im going to push for answers on why none of their leads connected with any real person.

      I recently decided to give Networx, a construction lead generation service, a try for my construction company in June 2023. The experience has been nothing short of a complete disappointment and a colossal waste of both time and money. I shelled out a hefty $2000 for their "exclusive" leads service, hoping to land some substantial construction and landscaping projects. However, what I received in return was nothing short of a farce.When I signed up for Networx, I had high expectations of receiving leads for inground pool construction and landscape construction projects, as promised on their website. However, what they delivered was a far cry from their advertised offerings. Instead, what I got were requests for handyman jobs that were not only irrelevant to my business but also shockingly low in potential job value. It became apparent that the value of the potential jobs wasn't much higher than the actual cost of the leads The dispute arose when I decided to cut my losses and requested to close my account and get the remaining balance of approximately $1,000 refunded. This is where Networx's true colors shone through. They not only ignored my request but also had the audacity to inform me that they don't offer refunds, despite my account balance still having a substantial amount left.Their website promises high-quality leads and boasts about their Artificial Intelligence technology that supposedly "scores lead quality to ensure you receive only the highest converting leads." Well, let me tell you, it's all a load of nonsense.Networx's false promises, exorbitant fees, and refusal to provide refunds make it an absolute travesty in the world of construction lead generation services. This experience has left me not only disheartened but also enraged at the audacity of this company to exploit businesses like mine. Avoid Networx at all costs!

We reviewed your account history and understand that some jobs within the landscaping category can be of the smaller variety at times. Unfortunately this kind of thing is not something that is always avoidable. However, in most instances pros receive plenty of leads that show larger returns. Had we been aware of your concern sooner we could have removed certain tasks from your to tailor things to your preference. Additionally, it appears you only reported 1 of the 29 leads for credit. If there are additional leads you felt qualified for credits we are happy to review them. If this is something you are open to please let us know so that we can assist you.

      Please send me the list of 29 leads here along with the notes provided by the customer. These notes indicate the type of work they want done.

      My ads run in two cartegories, one is "Inground Swimming Pool Install " the other is "Landscaping".

      Please classify the 29 leads into these 2 categories, and then lets examine them one by one and compare the leads to your advertising promises.

      You pitch your service to pro contractors. Your advertising promises "quality leads". Instead you should pitch your service to handmen, because as I said initially, the value of the potential job, is typically only a few hundred dollars more than the cost of the lead.

      Also, your advertising claims that I can try your leads risk free. If thats true, then refund all my money.

      We understand you feel our original response did not address  your concern. It is true that some of the leads you may have received did not have the potential for a larger profit based on the scope of work requested. However, services such as Networx are not designed to ensure every lead meets the minimum price requirement of every pro. Unfortunately, it is simply not possible to do that. Networx is designed to provide ample job opportunities within predetermined job categories. In situations where a customer does request to receive more granular job tasks, we are able to accommodate in many cases. At this time we do not see where this was discussed with our support team. Additionally, it appears that of the 35 leads you received thus far that a credit request was submitted for only 1. This lead was approved and credited back to your balance. There is currently $606 in your account balance. $500 of this was added as part of a promotion for signing up. We encourage you to contact our team and request any job types that you do not wish to receive be removed from your list of selected categories so that you are more successful with the remaining funds in your account.

      Just like all of the other complaints on this page, Networx refuses to refund us the $1,000 that we've spent on worthless leads that we were not able to convert. Just like the remaining customers on this page, our company is demanding a refund as well. The customer service of this company is poor, especially REFUSING to refund even though it takes a BBB complaint to finally receive our refund. If Networx had better customer service, maybe they would have more loyal customers, less complaints and less refunds to issue.We close 20 leads a month and were not even able to meet more than 5 customers out of the 20 leads they've given us, and tried to make it seem like it was OUR fault that we couldn't close UNQUALIFIED leads, for customers who want things that OUR COMPANY CANNOT DO.We will take this matter further if we do not receive our refund.

At Networx, we strive to provide high-quality leads to our contractors. However, we understand that sometimes leads may slip through our ***************. In such situations, we are committed to providing prompt and fair resolution to all credit requests. Of the leads where a credit request was submitted some do not fall within our credit policy. This is for reasons that fall outside the control of you as well as Networx. However, upon further review of your account we feel it is important to note that of the 18 leads you received, 8 were credited automatically and 9 leads were manually credited by our customer support team. Additionally, the lead (*****************) was credited 3 separate times and the lead (*******************) was credited 2 times. Due to this oversight on the part of our support team, you actually received several more leads than your $1000 budget could purchase. As of this response you have been refunded an additional $198.00 bringing the total amount refunded to $698. At this time we consider this matter resolved.
