    I am rejecting this response because: I am not liable for this debt with **********************, I do not have a contract with Rent Recovery Solutions, LLC, they did not provide me with the original contract as I requested.

    In accordance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act, Rent Recovery Solutions has violated my federally protected consumer rights to privacy and confidentiality under 15 USC ****. 

    15 U.S.C **** section 602 A. States I have the right to privacy. 15 U.S.C **** Section 604 A Section 2: It also states a consumer reporting agency cannot furnish an account without my written instructions

    15 U.S.C ****c. (a)(5) Section States: no consumer reporting agency may make any consumer report containing any of the following items of information Any other adverse item of information, other than records of convictions of crimes which antedates the report by more than seven years. 

    15 U.S.C. ****s-2 (A)(1) A person shall not furnish any information relating to a consumer to any consumer reporting agency if the person knows or has reasonable cause to believe that the information is inaccurate.

    The complainant has the wrong agency.  This firm does not collect on insurance premiums, judgments, or subrogation claims.  This firm has nothing to do whatsoever with insurance matters.

    Good day sir/madam ** my knowledge my identity was stolen and someone applied for an apartment with my information. This company reported this ***t to the bureau without contacting me to see if I owe this ***t. I contact this collection company and told them I dont owe this *** they was very rude to me they then discriminated me due to my race . They try to manipulate me and rush me off the call, this has caused me a lot of pain and suffering; I need this company to be remove from my credit report for I dont owe this ***t. I contacted the police and file a report then filed another with identity theft.gov . I need a fair resolution Thanks in advance

    I am rejecting this response because after proving with my identity theft documents they are purposely giving me a warm time; I didnt apply for any apartments this is causing  me a lot of pain and suffering. I contact the creditor and every time I do they are very disrespectful they then threaten to destroy my credit; Under the FAIR DEBT COLLECTION PRACTICES ACT it is illegal for debt collectors to use abusive,unfair, threatening, deceptive practices when they collect debts.I would love for BBB to step in and solve this issue.

    The consumer identity theft affidavit, produced by the ****************** and available at www.ftc.com makes it very, very clear that the complainant must produce documents in order to allege identity theft.  These include, among others, copies of government-issued ID, notarized signatures, and a valid police report citing the theft.

    Creditors have rights too.  There will be NO reinvestigation of identity theft without the documents prescribed by government authority.

    We regard any further complaint on this matter as a nuisance, and will not reply.

I have requested multiple times for them to provide me with a contract with my actual signature instead of these fake online signatures anyone can type out and they have yet they have not done so on either situation.

    Electronic signatures are not frauds.  They are verified with ip addresses.  If the complainant believes that this is a matter of identity theft, then guidance is obtainable through our representatives.

    This firm is under no obligation to honor this request.  Furthermore, the process for alleging identity theft is outlined in the Consumer Identity Theft Affidavit, produced by the ****************** and available at www.ftc.gov.  This makes it clear that certain documents, including notarized signatures, a police report citing the theft, and copies of government-issued ID, among others are necessary to make such an allegation.

    There will be no reinvestigation of identity theft without these documents.

    Any further complaints on this matter will be regarded as nuisances.

    No one has sent me a detail statement from where the amount comes from. I call Rent Covery ph#************ spoke with ***** and another rep who stated several times that they would email me a copy (but I have never received it). She did however state that the fees where $1 per parking spot I had, resurfacing the bath tubs (when I moved it the apartment wasnt ready), for 1 broken blind and holes from hanging pictures. But she REFUSES to send me documents showing where the charges come from. Also i have an email saying the balance was paid 2021 but it is still showing on my credit report. This is on my credit and they refuse to remove it.
