    I bought this item in good faith because it said easy returns and I am used to free, easy returns through ******. I wish I had checked other sites such as the BBB to see your F rating. I also found some bogus video reviews, which make me question the good reviews I read on ******. Im not happy with paying any shipping charges for a return of a product that does not match its description. Theres no way this frame supports anywhere close to 500 pounds. It was sagging under much less weight. Thats false advertising. I received a shipping label with a message that I would have to pay to ship it back. ****** said to contact them if the cost exceeded $30. I messaged the seller and received the following unacceptable response:Hi C: Thank you for shopping with us. ****** seller KD Frames would like to follow up on your recent return. --- Message from seller KD Frames: Hello *******, Just wanted to let you know, as a third-party seller, we do not pay for return shipping. We stand behind our products and are here to lend support regarding replacement parts or assisting with assembly, however the cost of shipping heavy furniture across the country is very expensive and we are already out the cost to ship the frame to you (in fact, shipping expense makes up the bulk of our cost). We will go ahead and approve the request to return the frame now and you will be provided with an unpaid shipping label. Once we receive the frame at our warehouse, we will issue a full refund. Your local *** store is typically the best option for returns. You may receive a message from ****** that says if the return shipping cost exceeds $30 to contact the seller. That is an automated message that we cannot get ****** to remove. The shipping cost is always over $30 we often pay $100 or more to ship frames. Unfortunately, there is no way around the reality of expensive shipping. Thank you! The KD Frames Team

    I purchased a ********** bed, then the drawers that go underneath, and then the trundle bed. This product outperforms every previous bed I have ever owned. What I love about it - - No stupid MDF, all solid wood - No creaking - Lightweight but strong construction, you don't need a freaking weight belt on and two people to move it - understated simple ************ it plain and unfinished as is - no annoying lip around the sides to bang your leg against - takes up minimum possible floorspace - No annoying center leg with the queen size - Free shipping This is a simple, high quality, well manufactured product. One of the best deals out there in home furniture that I have seen.
