5 starsNorth Georgia replacement windows is a great Company. I have used them twice. Last year they replaced all of my home windows. Now I'm saving lots of $ on my heating. They just replace my screen in porch with sliding glass windows. Both time they did a fantastic job can't be more happier with the project manager and the team that came out. They answer any questions that I had. Very professional cleaned up after they were finished; never could tell that they were there. 2 starsI recently replaced 6 casements, 2 picture windows, and 3 sliding doors, one of which was a 4 panel slider. In all just about $50,000 worth of fiberglass replacement windows and doors. I am still waiting for them to come back and fix the mismatched hardware and seals that were ordered wrong and fix hardware that was installed incorrectly. My windows and doors were measured and sold as being a custom fit with no more than 1/4" gap between door and frame, but in reality there are gaps going around my windows and doors up to 2 inches on both sides as well as the top that are filled in with foam. The doors were not installed flush on the interior with my wall. They protrude inward, so the casement I had installed can not sit flush with my windows and wall. The fiberglass trim around the windows snaps on and slides around with ill fitting gaps. Legos snap together more tightly. Not only is the product ill fitting, cheap and sloppy looking, but the install was not a custom fit and was done very poorly. The hardware is cheap and some of it was installed improperly. I did leave two stars because the project manager did return the day after initial install to help make some of the unsightly work look better. There is only so much he can do with a poor product that is not a custom fit.NG Windows

I want to thank everyone with **** for working so hard to resolve the installation/product issues to satisfaction. The doors/windows look great and work properly now. ***** and **** did a GREAT job on the trim. Thank you! We still have some very minor issues, like white screws on dark door frame and a missing stop on my 4-panel slider that I am confident will be taken care of in the near future. Mistakes can & do happen. I am pleased with your willingness to address & resolve them. 5 stars**** and his crew did a fantastic job getting our new windows installed. The crew was very efficient and they completed the installation within a few hours. ****, the project manager addressed one of my concerns immediately and ensured it was resolved. Our new windows look awesome. The windows are super easy to clean as both the top and bottom windows easily extend into our home once the latches are opened. We are very satisfied with the windows and the quality of the product. I highly recommend this company and the windows they install.NG Windows

5 starsFrom start to finish **** did an amazing job updating/upgrading both the front and back doors entrances.
