    It's like having a new home by adding ****** Infinity windows. This is one of the times where it does not pay to try and go cheap and have to do it over later. Not only were the windows incredible, but the crew was extremely professional with an amazing attention for detail. Our ***************************** a day and a half, and we couldn't be happier. It's worth the extra money to get premium windows from a company you can trust. No games, no pressure, and lots of help when we needed it. They were also great helping us get approval from the *** who had difficulty understanding windows.

    I am very pleased with my four seasons patio Windows and door. I can finally enjoy my patio all year long. North Georgia windows staff was very precessional and experienced. I would definitely recommend them to my family and friends.

    Over the past 5 years, North Georgia Windows have replaced all of our windows and all of our exterior doors including the front door. They have used Infinity Windows and doors and we could not be more pleased with the products and the installation. They gave us a time for the installs, arrived on time and did a great job and super clean up when they were finished. The team was professional, knowledgeable about their products and their installation techs were friendly and did a fantastic job. Would recommend them every time.     We recently had 15 Infinity by ****** windows, two Provia French Doors, and two Provia entry doors installed by North Georgia Replacement Windows (NGRW). The **** team was fantastic from start to ********* started with our design consultant **** *****. He was very pleasant to work with, having a great sense of humor. He was not a high-pressure salesperson but rather took the time needed to answer our questions. He was open and honest about the costs, advantages and disadvantages of products, and the installation process.But the great service didnt stop there. On the day of installation, a team led by **** and *** came to the house (on time). It took most of the day to install the windows and doors, but the installation team did so quickly and efficiently. When they left the work site/house was clean. Then, on the following Monday, the painters ******** and ********* arrived to touch up the trim. When I noticed a small flaw in one of the screens, NGWR immediately scheduled **** to come to the house where he replaced the damaged screen. Everyone involved with the installation process did an excellent job quickly and without leaving any mess behind. Furthermore, the office staff handled our requests quickly and made sure we knew to call back with any other questions or *********** terms of the products installed, we think that the doors and windows are of high quality and worth the cost. They are well constructed, operate easily, and look nice. All around we are very pleased with the excellent service and products we purchased from ****. We highly recommend them and would use them again.

    Wonderful experience and exceptional service. Truly a 5 star experience. We are very pleased with our new windows. The process from meeting with ****, the sales representative, to working directly with ***** and the installation team was seamless. They were professional, efficient, and very skilled. The installers made sure every detail was perfect from the trim work to the installation and the painting. They arrived on time and were respectful of our property. The quality of the windows have made a noticeable difference in our homes comfort and noise level. We will definitely be referring their service as to our neighbors.

    Over the last few years Georgia Replacement Windows installed multiple new windows and front door in our home. We have been incredibly satisfied with their work.. *** and his team are amazing to work with. ***** oversees the installation crew who are punctual and efficient. They left absolutely no trace of a mess after completion of a job and followed up to confirm our satisfaction. Weve been very impressed with this company and highly recommend their services!
