    I contacted this business on Friday march 24 th . I asked a couple of questions and received answers about the company, however, processed what kind of services they provide. I then told ****** the customer service representative, who claim to be a manager that I would discuss it with my partners and called him back. He then tried to keep me on the phone by you know, saying oh yeah, I dont think youre serious you know what this is and we want serious people to work with us in and generally trying to hard sell me. He was rude. I finally said thank you have a nice day Ill call you back on Monday he said have a nice day we hung up. He then calls me back 5 min Later to continue to harass me and try to force me to make a purchase and speak to him Upon asking for his manager, he said nobodys available and generally it was a terrible experience we were considering working with this company however, after this mans behavior, we will not be highly advise you to avoid this company, and anyone who would employ such an unprofessional salesman.

    Over the Christmas holiday in 2022 we had a freeze in our area and many pipes broke and people needed help. My company does water damage remediation, meaning we cleanup the water from a broken pipe and dry the property. We are not plumbers, etc...I had contracted Conxpros for water damage leads and the agreement was if it was not a water damage lead I would not be charged. Example if someone was trying to reach a plumber and they called us instead then we would not be charged. The calls are all recorded so there are no surprises and everyone can hear the call. I got many calls that night from many marketing sources. I was not aware of any that came from Conxpros since I got no email or message stating that. Well when my credit card statement came there were over $10,000.00 in charges from Conxpros. I immediately got onto their website and investigated the calls. Most were calls to get their water off or to fix a pipe break. We don't do that we clean up the water damage. I talked to my account rep at Conxpros ************************* who told me too bad you its too late. They are trying to charge me for $10,000.00 worth of bogus calls. Run away from these people they will take your money any chance you give them.

    I am sorry to hear of how you describe your experience working with conXpros. However, when looking at your account and what happened, it is a very different picture than the one being painted. Your account was set to receive inbound call leads and was in an active status. A cold front caused many busted pipes and thus water damage requests. All calls were delivered to the numbers provided and we cannot control if or how they are answered. There is a normal reporting window for any leads that do not meet our quality standard. You missed the reporting window and then were upset that your account manager could not simply wipe out the charges and refund your monies. The calls cost us to generate on your behalf. You have the ability to return any lead that is not a quality opportunity. You missed the window and now would like us to pay the price? There is nothing that will be done at this point, especially as you already chose to dispute the charges. Wishing you success in the future.

    This company is a SCAM! A complete SCAM! They claim that they give you quality leads and its a lie. They are far worse than ***** and Home Advisor. These people are SCAMMERS! Also they have charged my card twice. So $600 twice! Thats $1200 and all for nothing! They continue to take money from my account. This business needs to be investigated federally. What they are doing to small business is highway ROBBERY and its horrible that a company like this exist. All I want is my money back. This is disgusting. Just give us our money back! Simple. The service is bogus! And its impossible to get your money back. You call and cant speak to anyone.

    Typically, I offer empathy for any client that does not receive an exceptional experience with our services. However, I have reviewed in detail your case and was appalled with what was found. You enrolled in our lead services on 9/12/22 for concrete & asphalt leads. You made an initial deposit of $600 for leads to be delivered against. You were made 100% aware both verbally on the enrollment call as well as in writing that our billing system is automated, and will trigger a reload charge of your balance when the balance is too low for a single lead. Our system started delivering leads quickly and the balance reached the trigger point in the afternoon on 9/13/22. Your account was reloaded per our standard billing. You received emails alerting you to the low balance and then again once the charge processed. From the time of your enrollment you were assigned an account manager, who attempted to reach you as we do with all new clients on 9/13/22. He was unable to reach you and left a message for a call back. Your account received a total of 9 leads in the brief period of active status with conXpros. The following morning (9/14/22), our offices received 4 separate calls from yourself and each one was answered by a representative. You were beyond belligerent with everyone you spoke to, including making threats of physical violence and too many expletives to share. On the 4th call, you were transferred to the Director of ******************* and she was met with the same belligerence as the other reps experienced. You would not allow her a single opportunity to speak, let alone help you with your account. We have an industry leading credit policy to protect you against based leads and having to pay for them. That is what our entire system is based upon. Clients will receive bad leads, but as most of our clients will share, we are exceptional at backing up the credit policy which is 100% in the clients favor. You refused any assistance and continued to abuse people that were attempting to help you. The Director decided to close the account and issued a refund of the remaining balance ($490) to your method of payment. It is unfortunate that you chose to take the approach you did, as opposed to allowing us to help you with your account. After review, there is nothing more that could have been done here to help you or avoid these issues, as you were h*** bent on being abusive and threatening, refusing to even let someone speak. We will not revisit the leads delivered based on the way you chose to operate with our representatives and stand firm that there is nothing owed to your company, as a refund was already issued of the remaining balance. I wish you well and hope that you choose a different approach to solving problems in the future, as this approach was clearly a failure.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    My card was charged $600 twice NEVER AGREED to that. Every single leaf sent was for repairs, we only requested INSTALLATION. Therefore, those leads were invalid. I am appalled by the service provided by this unscrupulous company. Fraudulent double charges why charge an additional $600 to my card when I still had $490. And agreement WAS NEVER SIGNED! An agreement was NEVER RECEIVED. That is 100% inaccurate.

    08/08/2022 I opened an account with conxpros. An account manager was supposed to contact me the next day. I never received a call from an account manager. I requested a refund/withdraw the upfront balance I had to pay. I emailed them three or four times and even called the supposed account managers phone number and was never contacted back. I've tried withdrawing the upfront balance from their website but have not been successful. It's like they want me to give up and forget about it so they can take my money.

    As of this response, a refund of the full $300 deposit amount was issued to your credit card as requested. I have reviewed the account and situation in detail. I understand that you enrolled in our services directly with an account manager, not one of our sales reps. *** contacted us the following day with a change of heart asking for the account to be closed and your deposit refunded. ***r email and calls were all responded to by your account manager, then also by the supervisor as well. Although we did make ample attempt to contact you and assist with your request, your account should have been closed within one day of the receipt of your email to close & refund. I apologize that this took longer than it should, but it was not without multiple efforts to contact you by phone & email. As suggested at the top of this reply, your account was closed and funds refunded to your credit card. Please let us know if we can help in any other way.

    I hired this company in regards this company told me they could get me exclusive leads and told me that I would only be recieve asphalt paving leads and thats it no repairs no sealcoating nothing else and when they could not provide me no leads after spending $1500 of my money this company wiped my account of the $1500 said I had other contractors doing jobs that Im not capable of doing and misleading saying that I would be credited back for every single lead that wasent asphalt paving but they tried to say because I was benifiting off of it (Whitch I am not ) that there reversing all refunds for the leads they sent me for stuff that I cannot do to keep there money because they cannot stick to there word beware do not hire very big scam will be told anything to get your buissniess

    We never like receiving complaints as we aim to deliver an exceptional customer experience for all of our clients. I am sorry that you have the perspective of our services that you do. However, the reality is a very different picture than the one being painted. We have delivered leads for the correct category to you and your company. Typically seal coating is a valid project for this category (asphalt) and you were reporting leads for credit due to this reason. Our teams credited many of tis lead type back, even though it is a valid project for the category. We also contact the homeowners through phone, email and SMS. We have received multiple feedbacks from the homeowners that you and your company was in fact running these leads and providing estimates for the projects. In some cases, we learned that your company was hired to perform the work. We further looked into your company and it clearly advertises on your website that you specialize in seal coating. When we learned of the dishonest lead credit requests that had already been processed in your favor, but incorrectly as you had run the leads and benefitted from them. We reversed the credits and recovered the lead cost as we reserve the right to do for this specific situation (stated in the credit policy), when we are being manipulated and taken advantage of. We also have the rights to choose who we work with as a client. We prefer partners that operate with honesty and integrity and more importantly, can trust are not trying to take advantage of our credit policy by manipulating the situation. We chose to close your account for these reasons as well as the fact, you became belligerent with the supervisor attempting to help you understand the details of your account. We wish you the best of luck, but would not welcome you or your company as a future client of conXpros.

    I am rejecting this response because:
    When I was first initially told I would not Recieve sealcoating leads and Ive been charged $1500 just for that and I do not do any types of sealcoating but since I referred the customer to another company when they ask if I knew anyone suddenly because they couldnt provide asphalt install leads like what was originally agreed upon sidedly Im responsible because I reffered them I was mislead from the very start and now your still trying to misslead sending sealcoating leads to a paving contractor is like sending painting leads to a siding contractor and expecting them to be happy about it after him telling you that he did not want it all Im saying if when I initially signed up thats not what was agreed upon. What exactly was agreed upon was I would be getting asphalt install leads from your company if it was any other subcategory or a non working number or sent to more then one contractor it would be credited not but if you refer them to someone you still pay for the lead that wasent discussed or agreed upon it even says it on my email that you sent that we had a original agreement but your changing it because I referred the customer to a sealcoating contractor
