      Went to make my 1st car payment with this company. I put in my checking account information and was ready to make my payment when it showed a processing fee of $4.95. So Im thinking maybe there wont be a fee if I use my debit card, wrong, there is a $9.95 fee for a card. They are making money from interest, why the extra fee?? Safe to say I will try to refinance this car as soon as I find a better interest rate. I have had plenty of car loans over the years and this is the first company that charges a fee for making a on time payment. This doesnt even seem legal. Very disappointing.

      As a car finance company I understand that they have a business to run and that business is selling cars on loan to consumers and when consumers cant make payments they get to take the car back. They are required to inform the customer that this is what is going o happen so the customer can see if its possible to get caught up on payments. If the customer gets caught up everything is great. However, if the customer falls in hard times again and tries to explain to the finance company the situation asking for help, they refuse and send the customer down another rabbit hole. That is exactly what Cinch Aauto Finance did to me.

      This auto loan company operates with all the transparency of a magician's disappearing act. they buy fans from *********** and lure in desperate borrowers only to trap them in a cycle of debt and deceit. Hidden fees, exorbitant interest rates, and predatory lending practices are the norm here. Avoid this company like the plague if you value your financial well-being and sanity. I call to payout my balance and they tell me to call back in two days that what is online does not reflect my account balance. Imagine calling a customer service hotline only to be greeted by a voice dripping with disdain and impatience. Instead of assistance, you're met with snide remarks and dismissive responses. Requests for help are met with eye rolls and audible sighs on the other end of the line. It's as if you're inconveniencing them by seeking the support you're ***********. This customer service experience leaves you feeling frustrated, undervalued, and wondering if basic courtesy has gone extinct.

      I have found that this auto fiance company has low quality customer service. I purchased a new ****** 4Runner 2023 Limited then I traded it in for a 2023 ****** 4Runner SR5. I called them and informed them of the change but I kept paying on the monthly payments but for the new 4RUNNER but Cinch took money out of my account for both ******** at the same time which caused a financial problem for me.

      2 problems: 1. They dont follow proper etiquette when calling clients on the phone. 2. They send abrupt, rude, and condescending letters.I purchased a new car and the dealer selected Cinch. They said payments would be on the 28th of the month, I put in my bank info for auto-pay and all seemed OK. This morning I got a call from a person saying that were from Cinch and asked me to provide my account details. (You should NEVER give personal details to someone calling you.) He refused to say why he was calling and ended the call. I logged in to the Cinch portal and saw they did not take out the initial (Nov.) payment. I called customer support and found out I also needed to schedule the payments. It seemed odd since they told me when they would take the payments, but I paid the Nov. payment. I was not 30 days late, so I scheduled Dec and the rest. This afternoon (same day as the call) the mail had a Notice of Default letter from Cinch. It referenced Cinch being lenient in the past, but they would no longer allow it. Again, this is for the initial payment. There is no past history. I called customer support again, just to officially record my displeasure with the content of the letter. Customer support staff was very nice, but there is nothing they can do.

      Absolutely horrendous experience with this auto loan company. Despite being a loyal customer for 5.5 years with a flawless payment record, they failed to notify me of any payment issues when I changed banks. Out of the blue, they sent letters about possible repossession of my car, when I was still making weekly payments showing a complete lack of communication and customer service. Beware of this company's negligence they'll turn their back on you without any warning. The customer service agents that are willing to help you and know what they are talking about are great and kind, but I talked to multiple over the last few months who shared false information and gave me the runaround.

      We are trying to understand why we have 11 payments in 11 months, and they are saying we're two months behind. We spoke to ***** who was unprofessional, interruptive, and rude. No matter what I said, he just repeated the same thing over and over again until I gave up. When my husband asked if he could speak to a supervisor he said "there is no one else" I don't know what to do at this point, I just want to understand how I'm behind when I have bank statements showing my monthly payments, but they are saying something different, and no one will help me.

      ZERO STARS!! Never again. They refused to release my lien release. They chose to wait the full 15 days before they released it. Customer service is rude and unknowledgeable. I receive different information every time I call in. I will never recommend or use Cinch again. They are awful.

      We understand the title transfer process can be lengthy and frustrating. We release all titles as soon as possible upon payoff funds clearing, but we have no control over when the state will mail the actual title. This process is different in each state, and we encourage you to reach out to your local tag office with questions.

      Never again, terrible customer service. Thankfully I was able to refinance my auto throught my banking institute. I went to make a payment and Cinch chared me a $4.95 processing fee to make an online payment usinging my checking account, unbelievable.

      This is the worst company I have EVER dealt with. If you fall even a little behind they call you and are very rude and threaten you with repo. when they call you and are rude will even hang up on you attempting to use a scare tactics. But you call them back to confront their rudeness you cant talk to anyone. If you decide to deal with this poor excuse of a company be very aware and keep up with documents of every payment you make, Then brace yourself. I give this POS so called company a minus 100 stars.
