First off I was with another company and never had this problem before until now they said I had to make the switch for what reason . . I can never get anyone on the phone for days or even weeks and when I get a response they end up hanging up . Very unprofessional and nothing gets fixed .there were times I couldnt even clock in or out due to the fact somehow I did too many hours and never even started . I would like out . No longer want to work for your company .

They do not even deserve one star. As a Personal Assistant with this company you have zero direction . Their call center serves no purpose with ANY issues one might have .I have been trying for 4 weeks, with countless calls and talking to over 20 people to get my hours owed situation resolved. The glitch is in their system and I am tired of meaningless platitudes regarding this situation. I do NOT understand how this company garners an A- from the BBB. I will try contacting local politicians and see if they can't get something resolved. Worse company ever entrusted with the care of so many ......................

The worst customer service ever. No one calls you in a timely manner. Sometimes it can take days or even weeks. The very few times that someone pick up the phone I get different answers. They are not trained properly.

Its hard to reach staff for concerns of the system, they direct you straight to voicemail and mention a 24/48 turnaround for a call back and often do not return your call within that time frame. There seems to be issues between the provider/ participant accounts, the providers information doesnt always become available for the participant making it challenging to begin billing. Timesheet orientation can take weeks, without communication from PPL staff. Each concern Ive had in the process Ive had to reach out with return of receiving minimal information. The system is not functioning appropriately majority of the time.

A story from ******* states that ****** new employees have not been paid this week by ***. Yep, SIXTY THOUSAND. Myself included. Both *** and NY Governor ***** ****** are blaming US, falsly claiming its the EMPLOYEES faults for not finishing paperwork and timesheets before the deadlines. THIS IS FALSE ALL OF MY STUFF WAS COMPLETED CORRECTLY BEFORE THE DEADLINES. When you call for help you get no answer. And after you are on hold you HAVE TO press number 1 on your phone for them to call back, or the machine threatens you that you will lose your place in line. aND OF COURSE NO ONE CALLS BACK!!!.Absolutely worse job experience ever. I will be turning them in for THEFT OF WAGES with NYDOL as well.

The forced transition to PPL in *** for the ***** program is a mess. No road map, guidance, direction or documented steps on how to create an account, complete and upload all necessary documents to be cleared to work. No documentation communicated to consumers/designated **** to approve shifts. Not enough PPL staff to load authorized hours and if entered incorrectly lead to rejected or incorrectly paid shifts requiring technical support to fix. The problem is, there is no technical support. System is archaic and manual corrections don't work. *** forces more work on the **************************** have gone back ***** years moving to PPL between system crashes, poor customer service and errors in processing with no way to fix it.
