    Over the past 4 months I have spent a total of $3,994.42 on repairs for my Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo 2015. After replacing the spark plugs my engine started making a noise. I took it to Christian Brothers to get an oil change and I asked them to look into the noise that my engine was making because they just recently removed and replaced all 6 spark plugs on my vehicle. I was told that it would cost $3,999 to look inside my engine and see why it was making that noise but there is a possibility that they could not fix the issue without another charge. When I first came to Christian Brothers I was under the impression I was being treated properly but after charging me so much money to fix my vehicle and I am still hearing a noise from the engine I feel as if they are not doing everything they can to resolve the issue without me spending more money. Please be aware that this place will charge you astronomical prices but will not take responsibility for their carelessness in a repair and will not honor any kind of warranty from previous repairs.

    I received a quote of $600.00 for a replacement of a drivers side headlight bulb for a 2007 *** 328i. I knew better and said no! The sales advisor never said there could a mistake with the quote! I reach out to voice my concerns! I was advised the sales advisor selected the wrong repair plan, nope, not according to the printed quote I received! If I had of signed the quote, I would have been charged $600.00! In my opinion, this company needs a new advisor or at least he needs emergency training before he does the same thing to someone else! Wow!

    As previously mentioned in our text exchange, your Service Advisor simply selected an incorrect job description in our system when building your estimate -- which is what gets printed on the sheet you received. Some model BMWs require a longer procedure than others. Our goal is to be transparent and truthful in all that we do and so we have admitted the error. As stated, we quickly provided you with a revised estimate and have extended the offer of beating any other quote to do the same work. Please keep in mind that our repairs are performed by ASE certified technicians, are backed by the industry's best warranty of 3-years or ****** miles (whichever comes last), and we only use quality parts that hold up to that guarantee. We hope you choose to return to our location to have the job completed but, if you choose not to, we wish you nothing but the best. Thanks for providing the feedback and for helping us get better.

    I was never offered a revised quote! No one called or reached out to me! I started the text conversation to address my disappointment! Please do better for your next customer!Thank goodness I located a *** 328i headlight replacement for total service, $186.00, a reasonable price! Not $60.00, wow!
