This company provided the hurricane shutters for my new construction home, which I purchased in January of 2019. I discovered in September of 2022, three days before Hurricane *** hit my town, that the company did not provide me with shutters for one of my windows. The also falsified the home inspection for my county, as there are photos of shutters on ALL of my homes windows from the inspection report. When I discovered the missing shutters, I called them on or around September 26, 2022. After I explained my issue, they hung up on me and never returned my subsequent calls. They left me with no defense for my window as a category four hurricane hit my house. Since this incident, I and **********, **********************, have attempted to contact them multiple times via email and phone. They will not return my contact and they have NOT provided me the missing shutters THAT I PAID FOR. They have also left me defenseless once again with another hurricane season beginning in just three months. I will next be filing a complaint with the city that did my inspection because All American Shutters committed fraud by pretending to have shutters for all of my windows for the inspection only.
