      Stay away from this company. They will breach the contract and have additional fees. My qoute was 1200 from ** to CA by the time it reached half way to me suddenly the truck broke down and my car will be in a storage yard until maybe 15 days later to be delivered again if I don't go with another carrier and the price just keeps going up. Additional to that I would have to pay the storage yard by how many days it's in there if not then I won't get me car at all. Never again with this company. They are scammers not brokers.

      Unprofessional movers! They are knowledgeable about moving but not professional. They damaged my Refrigerator as well as Washer connection back to the new house causing flooding and damage to my hardwood floors. Took the money and promised to come back next day to fix it. Never showed up nor responded to my calls. Can't trust anybody these days. Absolutely no pride in work.

      ** Professional Moving ********* **** in ************, ** ** DOT #******* showed up to pack our items and charged us extra for taking our goods from ******** to Georgia which is not what was quoted to us. Trusted Moving and Storage sold our moving contract to US Pro Movers who destroyed our precious portraits and our riding lawn mover was in pieces when we finally received our items. I contacted Trusted Moving and Storage and they sent me to file a claim with Moving Claims, another company that wanted to pay us $66 for my destroyed items. US Pro Movers collected our household goods from our home in ** on/or about 6/18/2023 but they didn't deliver our household goods to our new home in ** until 7/17/2023! I had to call them numerous time to ask when they would deliver our household items and when they did arrive my glass desk was in pieces, the lawn movers was destroyed, family portraits were scratched up, wooden picture frames broken apart, our beautiful wooden TV stands had deep scratches in them and several broken parts. The Moving ************* offered us $66 for all of our damaged and destroyed items! That is horrible!I would give this company a Negative -10 if I could!

      SCAM!!! I believe there is a Class Action Law Suit against US Professional Moving ************* (*****: *******/ MC-*******) Do not trust anything seeming legit about it online. Dude stole over $4,000 from me back in July 2023. They broke many of my dishes, and my end tables and lamps. They left my $2,500 pillow top mattress leaning up against the wall with the pillow side facing the wall (hiding the damage). When I went to place the matterss on the bed it was defaced with soot hand prints all over it from gloves that apparently previously worked on an oil leaking diesel engine. I have taking pictures and filed a claim for the damage. No response. If there was a place here to attach the pictures I would. Horrible experience.

      This company is an absolute scam. They rope you in with very low "estimates" with a high down payment. Once you go through their multiple "Estimates" you owe about 3-4 times the amount. They will even arrive at your place and double the amount you owe and refuse to load anything unless you sign. They were at our house at midnight! They will also not answer any calls once you are stuck due to them already taking a high down payment. Then, after they break and ruin all your stuff, they are not reliable for any of it. they pay you .60 for every pound. They ruined multiple couches, furniture and a $1500 TV and gave us $90. That was after a very long and strenuous process of uploading images and docs over and over again. Then, once they decide to give you the few dollars, they make you sign the agreement and pay for a notary!

      Super unprofessional trying to say I owed them money a shipment that wasnt even confirmed I can see why they have such bad reviews. Then refused removing my listing from central dispatch was very rude and hung up on me

      We called this company today and we never signed a contract with them and they are refusing to remove our listing from central dispatch. The gentleman by the name of *********************** is responsible for all of the trouble. We asked and called several times he even went as far as lying to another company about a fictitious contract. Please stay far away from this company!

      I am not a vindictive person. I am an honest person and this is an honest review based on my experience with this **** of a company (I'm still waiting for the return of my "refundable deposit," nearly two years later). I am one of the lucky ones. Others have lost a great deal of money and their possessions. That said, US Pro Moving and Logistics is a company of professionally trained grifters, liars, thieves, ******** and reprehensible excuses for human life. And that's their good points. I am sure that many US Pro Moving and Logistics victims would like the name of the owner that headed up his group of reprobates so they could face him or her in person and express their displeasure in a way that would leave a lasting impression.

      WORST MOVING COMPANY EVER don't use them! Broke up my 80 year old organ I inherited from my grandmother and destroyed an antique painting along with COUNTLESS OTHER ITEMS. ALL they had to say was " oh I'm so sorry you didn't have enough insurance" I paid nearly $9,000 isn't that enough? Not to mention none of them speak English or understand it
