      Friday May 9th 2025 *********** told me that I would not have to pay any money upfront and I would only pay for the delivery once it had been completed. The following day the company changed their sentiments with no indication and had stated I needed to pay the driver upfront as the driver and the company are seperate. I had asked the company to leave my car where it was and instead of doing so they took my car to an unknown location and refuse to tell me where it is. I am now having to make this a civil matter as this company is nothing but a bunch of scammers

      I have a contract with US Pro Logistics LLC for services to have taken place on July 17, 2023. I paid a deposit $140 on a $540 total bill, and was supposed to pay $400 balance on July 17th in the morning when my car was to be picked up. I told them that I had read terrible reviews about their company, and they said that there was another US Pro Logistics that was cheating customers, but it was NOT their LLC company. U.S. Pro Logistics LLC was to provide transport for my car from ****************, ******* to ********, **. They provided a contract and promised several times (through text, voice and email) that they would arrive prior to 12 noon (and most likely, early in the morning).The day BEFORE the pickup (on July 16th), they stated that they couldn't be there in the morning, unless I paid and extra $400. I said that was not our deal. I then found a friend that would wait there for the pickup in the afternoon and told them that it will work.US Pro Logistics called about an hour later and said the price was now $1,200! I told them that we had a signed contract, and they are breaching this contract. They said there was nothing they could do, unless we paid the higher amount.My husband and I ended up having to change our plans LAST MINUTE (as we were going to drive together in a rented Suburban so we could take turns driving. Now we each had to drive separately to *******, which extended our trip by a day. I feel the company should have to pay our hotel overnight bill of $197.61, because we were too tired driving separately to make it in one day. For safety reasons, we had to stop in Georgia and stayed at a ************************ is unethical and should be closed down. They company reimbursed our deposit, after I told them I was going to give an honest review about them. They asked me NOT to review them, but I told them I was going to be honest & help other unsuspecting people.Contract AND record of all text messages are attached

      I closed my previous complaint after the company responded as a result of the complaint and assured me I would be receiving my refund. I never received a refund or further communication. Re-submitting my complaint. See attachment for full statement.I booked a move from ** to ** on March 6, 2021 with ** Pro *********************************************** based out of ***************, **, scheduled for end of May 2021, and I was encouraged to book with an ACH deposit because of military-move discounts and the promise of a full refund within 24 hours and a 90% refund of the deposit within 5 days of the booking. After learning about the uncertainty of my fianc's military deployment schedule I called the company and cancelled the booking approximately 48 hours after it had been made. I had originally paid the $860 deposit and confirmed that I would receive a 90% refund of this amount because it had been more than 24 hours since I had booked. I was informed the refund would take 30 days to process. I called customer service April 2021 as I had not received my deposit then, and was redirected to the "retention line". I was reassured by an agent that my refund was still processing and it was confirmed the refund began processing on March 12, 2021. I received the confirmation number CA7297360 and was told the refund may take up to 60 days to be deposited into my bank account. I was also given an email address to send my concern to regarding my refund: ********************************************** I emailed this address twice and never received a response. I called the retention line a handful of times over the next month, each time given false reassurance that my refund was processing. After 5 months since booking and subsequently cancelling with ** Pro ***********************************************, I had not received any follow up regarding my refund. I submitted a complaint with Better Business Bureau (BBB) on 08/12/21 with the desired resolution of the 90% deposit refund I was due. BBB Case # ********.

      Some of my belongings were damaged in the move and this company will not replace or fix anything. I want my things fixed. That is all I am asking for.
