    This is a genuinely good business. The staff that serviced my loan was not only efficient and professional, but concerned for my well -being and worked around my schedule. I have bought & sold houses & this was by far the easiest transaction I have done. ***** Maritchelli (sp) was Kind, & efficient. His extensive knowledge help the process go smoothly.     All I can say is that ****** ********, ***** ********* assistant), and the entire team at ******* USA are the best! Working with ****** and the New Day ******** was great and the service and professionalism was better than expected. Quick, timely responses and updates throughout this process. By far the easiest mortgage refinance I have ever experienced! I cannot list everything that I have experienced in this process, it was all positive! I NEVER leave reviews for ANYTHING, but the New Day ******** definitely are deserving of my review. I hesitated almost a year to reach out to New Day USA even after receiving letters in the mail from them several times a month about what they could do for me. I regret that I did not do this sooner!!!!If you are a veteran and think that New Day USA could help you out with your financial situation and goals, PLEASE DO NOT HESITATE like I did. You will not regret what New Day USA can do for you and you will not regret your experience with them as well. If I could leave a higher than five star review I would do so in a heartbeat!

    Am a 100% Service Connected Disabled Veteran rated permanent and total and paid my property taxes out of pocket and informed NewDay USA Tax Dept. and told them Not to pay property taxes out of escrow but to send me refund for what I paid in Full. 5 days later they Did pay them out of escrow and I had to Wait for this payment to be refunded to get my refund. NewDay USA received the refund 2 weeks ago and Still isn't processing my refund and the rep. said when they do they might send it to my new mortgage company. I told them not to do that because that is my refund- My money. They would not commit to sending me MY REFUND.
